easy.

2/ adding devices has been (and continues to be) a problem. Not all devices show up, devices are logged on to the internet even after blocking time has been set.

3/ devices are not showing up even after resetting the app (which only runs from my iPhone 15).

4/ printed instructions don’t exist - the only option is to phone the support line (which as a non verbal person, doesn’t help).

Would I recommend buying the device? Not a chance.
