to the gods of customer service. Still... silence. They ghosted me harder than I ghosted my worst ex.

No fireplace. No money back. Just me sitting in the cold, staring at my screen like a Victorian orphan waiting for Santa.

This company is basically the Bermuda Triangle of shopping: money goes in, nothing comes out.

Total scam. 0/10. Would rather set my cash on fire: it’d at least keep me warm.
