packs of whites. 1 dozen of the three was close to being right. We had to return the dozen reds. We had to wait for the wrong wines to be received, and checked by Qantas to make sure we delivered soft drink? Waited again for the originally ordered whites to arrive. Wrong. 1 dozen, non award, mixed dozen with not a single bottle of the original wine to be seen.....Chardonnay thrown in which we don't even drink. I've sent a number of emails.....no response. Pity we can't give zero stars.

to one digital gift card not working. After phoning Qantas FF 2 days ago I am still waiting for them to send me a card replacement. I won’t be using Qantas again for Apple digital Gift cards. The process has been too hard and cumbersome and most unsatisfying.
