test strand even though I'm a repeat customer there and they do my hair regularly. She thought something was off with my hair and I said the only change I have made is used fanola no yellow shampoo and conditioner as I had colourblocked blonde in my hair. She did 3 tests of 30 volume, 20 volume and their most gentle lightening product. All 3 strands melted and broke, with no elasticity in the hair. We were both shocked at how bad this was. I have had to do a detoxifying shampoo and now have to wait 2 weeks of just using that to see if the strand test will be better. Essentially the salon thinks the product is speeding up the bleaching process and they have had issues with the fanola no yellow before. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. On the surface it's great and you don't realise the damage it is causing to your hair. I'm so lucky the salon did the test strand otherwise I'd have a whole head of yellow melted noodles or no hair at all
