sometimes it works & other times one has to go through a factory default reset to get it going again. For example, how often does one get a message stating that an “update” is required before one can see the time! Recently I inquired about getting a battery replacement from the Australian agent, which turns out to be a complete waste of time. Would I buy another Amazfit Smart Watch, definitely not.

function. I average 0-5 hours sleep a night (I have insomnia) watch tells me I have slept up to 14hrs. Love the size of the watch and is great if you don’t have the best vision. If you want an accurate watch don’t get this one lol

nothing harder than any other watch or phone and the screen cracked. Amazfit stated not covered under warranty even though watch was less than 2 weeks old, ok i said ill pay for repair, Amazfit said they don't do repairs, they couldn't care less, $250.00 down the drain. The watch is not tough as stated, it had no hard hits, buy another brand, stay away from this brand.
