This machine is absolutely fantastic. Helping my wifes knee and hip problem. Getting much better movement and less pain. Glad we purchased the Summit stairway climber.

working fine the day before. After 3 weeks of trying to get support, no help. New CP about $1k. No way I'm investing more money in this machine. I should have paid attention to other reviews with the same problem. Should have just bought a gym membership and had access to all equipment plus a pool. Very disappointed in Bowflex quality and response.
