tank had developed cracks. I don't know how it cracked, it was never abused. Regardless I tried to purchase a new clean water tank only to discover that it was out of stock and no timeline when it would be in stock. This has rendered my G1 mop into very expensive e-waste.

I contacted Dyson through their chat system and eventually asked to be put through to a supervisor. I was told that one would get in touch with me within a few days. That was at least a week ago. So much for Dyson's legendary support.

I still have the e-waste in my laundry.....
