steamer. Floor steamer worked for a couple of weeks again started steaming on and off. Hand steamer seemed to work fine. I searched everywhere for second receipts and could not find. Phoned local kmart, they said bring them both back and we will exchange. Both meaning I purchased a stick vacuum with second steam mop and stick vacuum won't stay closed. The clip is flimsy and keeps popping open. I now have 2 products that should not be sold, obviously weren't tested long enough. I am totally over kmart products, I seem to be returning everything I purchase, due to faults. I spoke to customer service today to change my email address and was told I could not and had to open another account. This is unacceptable every other company has let me change my email address including my gov. KMart really needs to look at itself and the people they employ. I'm glad we have a big W here.

for weeks. The design is awesome, gets right into corners and is very light. Just tried to buy another one to replace the Karcher, which stopped working. Unfortunately Kmart don’t stock them anymore. Very disappointed about that.
