home. We have tried to get this fixed several times and it still cannot be used. It is totally non-functional in the laundry duties that it was purchased for.
We spent a lot of time on the phone trying to get this resolved and was transferred numerous times while they were passing the buck.
We, as consumers have enough stress without adding more because a machine does not function correctly. My parents are 85 and cannot deal with all the added stress.
I would never recommend anyone to buy a whirlpool appliance!
