over twelve hours yesterday for no reason at all. All I did was try to send my own money to Coinspot – a legitimate, government-regulated Australian crypto exchange – using PayID, and their broken system immediately flagged it as fraud. I wasted the entire day stuck on endless hold, getting cut off repeatedly, and when I finally got through to their so-called staff, they aggressively interrogated me about what I was doing with my own money. When I told them to mind their own business, they hung up on me like cowards. Then their completely untrained idiots locked me out of the banking app and couldn't even reset my password properly. The brain-dead staff member didn't know their own rules and never told me not to use special characters, so I wasted hours entering passwords that would never work because their employees are too stupid to give basic instructions. This pathetic bank has clearly fired most of its staff, replaced them with a broken phone system, and now treats every Australian customer like a criminal while providing the worst service imaginable. Every Australian should know – St George Bank is a complete joke. I'm closing every account immediately and warning everyone to stay far away from this useless, disrespectful excuse for a bank.
