commission. At first I thought the service saved me having to call both my power and internet company, however I ended up spending multiple days fixing the errors, and paying double connection fees. They connected me to the wrong electricity meter, meaning another building resident had their power disconnected the transferred to Origin by mistake. They also moved my internet to a new account, leaving my old accounts open, meaning I was charged double fees on everything. After spending hours on the phone to both providers, I was able to rectify the errors, but am unfortunately out of pocket $300 in fees. If you are moving house and have a simple switch, they are probably fine. However if you have any complexity whatsoever, don't use them.

The customer service clearly explained everything and was very helpful.
