Excellent Product in my opinion. Looks good, small footprint and so easy to use. I can see the benefits to anyone who suffers with arthritis or hand… Read more
limitations for whatever reason as you just place your mug under, touch required item and it's done. No more waiting for jugs to boil, then lifting up a heavy jug to pour etc. Cord is tucked away neatly at the back and not visible. Yes I do need to fill up the reservoir sometimes twice a day but that's on me for using it so much. Been in regular use for the past month and not one issue. Once you become familiar with the safety lock, it is just press to unlock select what you want then press again and you are on your way.

This is a great unit. I love having cold water easily available and fresh coffee is much better at 85°C. I quickly got used to pre-measured amounts -… Read more
I place the mug, press the buttons and do something else while the water is dispensed.
The unit has a few drawbacks:
There was a slight learning curve with the different lights and buttons.
Refilling means emptying out post-filtered water, which feels a waste. The water container is a sensible size and not too heavy to handle.
The Ice cube maker produces wet ice cubes which will refreeze if not immediately used. I find I don't use it much as I preferred chilled water.
The chilled water is at 5°C. You can't choose any temperature between 5°C and room temperature for some reason. Hot water allows you to pick any temperature in increments, which is great.

I used to trust Philips as a brand known for excellence and reliable products. Sadly, they’ve gone backwards—now they’re producing flimsy toys… Read more
instead of durable goods.
I bought their on-tap water filter, expecting the quality of a reputable brand. But as soon as I unboxed it, I realized all the tap adapters were cheap plastic. Only one adapter even fit my tap, and even then, the threading was poorly designed. The Philips adapter’s threads were way too deep, while my tap’s metal end had only a few threads to grip.
I tested it for less than 20 seconds before the whole thing blew off under water pressure, spraying water everywhere. It’s a complete failure in engineering and material choice. **Plastic adapters can’t handle pressure—basic physics!** Maybe Philips’ engineers need to go back to school and relearn how materials work.
This is not the Philips I once trusted. Disappointed and frustrated.
