Excellent Product in my opinion. Looks good, small footprint and so easy to use. I can see the benefits to anyone who suffers with arthritis or hand… Read more

limitations for whatever reason as you just place your mug under, touch required item and it's done. No more waiting for jugs to boil, then lifting up a heavy jug to pour etc. Cord is tucked away neatly at the back and not visible. Yes I do need to fill up the reservoir sometimes twice a day but that's on me for using it so much. Been in regular use for the past month and not one issue. Once you become familiar with the safety lock, it is just press to unlock select what you want then press again and you are on your way.

without waiting for boiling

Cons - Major issue: Both jugs leak from the bottom when left on the dining table, which defeats their intended purpose - Complicated to use: Requires multiple button presses just to dispense water (unlock → select temperature → select volume → dispense). Even more steps for hot water, which is not user-friendly, especially for elderly users - Noisy operation: Loud beep sound on every button press with no option to mute or adjust volume - Ice maker inefficiency: Keeps producing ice continuously, but ice melts over time, leading to unnecessary energy usage - Limited control: Despite having +/- buttons, you are restricted to preset temperature and volume levels - Bulky design: Large and heavy unit that takes up significant kitchen space

⚠️ Store experience I contacted Harvey Norman Flagship Store Auburn on 22 March and provided all requested information and photos on 26 March. While a replacement was initially arranged, communication has been inconsistent, and I have not received tracking details or clear updates despite multiple follow-ups. This has been frustrating for what should be a straightforward resolution.

Overall Good idea in theory, but the execution needs improvement. The leaking jugs alone are a serious flaw, and the usability issues make daily use less convenient than expected.

Happy to update this review if the issue is properly resolved.

I used to trust Philips as a brand known for excellence and reliable products. Sadly, they’ve gone backwards—now they’re producing flimsy toys… Read more

instead of durable goods.

I bought their on-tap water filter, expecting the quality of a reputable brand. But as soon as I unboxed it, I realized all the tap adapters were cheap plastic. Only one adapter even fit my tap, and even then, the threading was poorly designed. The Philips adapter’s threads were way too deep, while my tap’s metal end had only a few threads to grip.

I tested it for less than 20 seconds before the whole thing blew off under water pressure, spraying water everywhere. It’s a complete failure in engineering and material choice. **Plastic adapters can’t handle pressure—basic physics!** Maybe Philips’ engineers need to go back to school and relearn how materials work.

This is not the Philips I once trusted. Disappointed and frustrated.
