other providers offer but I thought the 24hr cust assistance made it worth it

However it has been 12 hours since I reported the issue via chat which hasn't resolved my issue I am not confident it will happen

I'm very frustrated because I'm a small business and I'm paying for advertising only to find out that my potential customers have been directed not to my website but to a page that says

'Your connection is not private Attackers might be trying to steal your information from www.8tek.com.au (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). Learn more about this warning net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"

This makes my page look like a scam and is hurting my business. What hurts most is I paid for this on the 20th march over the phone with crazy domains and they didn't fix it

After contacting their 24 hours support they haven't fixed it after about 12 hours with no feedback

Really upset, there is no way to contact them or an account manager - just their inept 24hour chat support - hopefully someone from there can read this and assist, I feel it is my only way to reach out

I really really hate to leave negative reviews but I'm at the end of my tether because I just can't speak to anyone!!!!
