Dodgy as. Have been charging me for services I never wanted or used
I gather as part of falling for registering for an .au domain in addition to the .com.au domain I have, they have cunningly subscribed me to website hosting as part of that set up.process. Have been slugged many $49,95 3 months renewals for a product I have never used or was even aware of and of course their online chat doesn't work.
Crazy Domains locked transfer a domain, customer cannot leave
Crazy Domains locked transfer a domain to AWS, I have to request CD to transfer a domain. But Crazy Domains did not provide authorization code to me during me repeated day by day.
This is last way I have to move out from Crazy Domains, Crazy Domains locked customers into a very difficult situation.
Firstly, I cannot log in to the cPanel for operation when cPanel be locked. Crazy Domains were misleading customers for months and still not solving the problem. Crazy Domains force me to renew host with 2 months left when I want to get out of CD.

We are a small business and like everyone, rely on the reliability of servers. We have experienced nearly 2 weeks of constant disruptions with our emails where we have lost all previous correspondence and sub folders with information, all calender meetings and have also lost any contacts that have been added to Outlook.
After speaking to them every day, we are just being advised there is a known outage with their servers and that they are working on the problem. This is not good enough, we are missing emails and purchase orders from our customers and not able to contact some customers due to contacts missing.
We are now looking to move to another company.

The problem with Crazydomains is their DNS servers are painfully slow, if you use any other ISP such as Ventra DNS changes begin going through in like 2 minutes, with Crazy domains, it seems they hold them and send them in bursts , so setting up 365 Credential on any other platform takes 15 minutes, whereas by her time all dns entries have started to propagate in Crazy, its a few hours gone by. Otherwise its a good basic budget product with excellent chat support

They just canceled the plan because I lost the ABN as I had to cancel it recently.
They didn't accept to transfer the payment to another plan,
I had to move to another provider way much cheaper, easy to setup and started in 5 minutes and I can trust

Crazy Domains have to be the worst hosting provider out there - anybody who hosts with them has clearly not done their research.
Staff are lazy, incompetent and downright dishonest. Ive been lied to, rudely spoken to, hung up and disconnected on chat - multiple times. Despite me never being aggressive or rude.
If their support team find something to hard or complicated - they simply hang up or disconnect the chat. Combined with their lack of knowledge and dishonesty, good luck EVER getting something resolved.
There are dozens - if not hundreds of similar complaints on this review site and others too.
Do not go anywhere near these guys.

You pay for a website and then spend the rest of the year battling to keep it online. No "sorry" no compensation, infact I confirmed with them many times that the issue was always on their end that my website kept being booted offline, no efforts to make any amendments or adjustments to how they run things, just go get a free website with wordpress or wix, its not worth being screwed around like this. I paid for a domain name and website for a year and when the website editor expires you are still meant to have your website online! No one signs

I was patiently waiting, asked for clarification on a simple matter, was not rude in any way, I was kept waiting when they were taking their time answering, not acknowledging they even received my request, then when I asked her to clarify some details she terminated the conversation. I am now looking for new hosting. I was asking why they were creating such a sense of urgency for a subscription to be paid 89 days ahead of time. It was causing anxiety as I was continually thinking the domain would expire.

4 months ago I was contacted by CD to upgrade my email hosting from their free site to mail.premium.exchange...After $2500 and four month of contacting Crazy Domain Im no closer to having my emails appear on Outlook. Worse decision ever to stick with these guys they are a waste of time. Limited assistance and conflicting advice. Proceed with caution.

Despite following CDs published procedure, (which may only be for desktop?) I can't seem to delete expired credit cards via my android phone as there is no delete option. I've also read a complaint elsewhere that there is allegedly no such option, and even falsifying valid card details didn't stop an auto renew. Is that correct?
