bearing in the head jams up and it took an hour and a half to fix (image A). They also do not include all the tools required to assemble it(Image B). The handle in the middle of the shaft is also uncomfortable to use, I had to use the handle on my old whipper snipper. It also will not start or run at all if the choke is not on cold start, even after 30 mins of use. If i change the choke to hot/warm it dies instantly. If i had of known i would have so many problems with this brand, i would have purchased a different brand. Never again, very poor design.
