Scummy tactics – This coffee is pretty scummy, they offer a cancel any time subscription, however this is NOT the case, once you start a subscription there is a minimum 3 orders, this is NOT detailed or labeled anywhere on the purchase. There is no cancel anytime during these 3 orders either. The coffee isn't very good to be honest, wouldn't recommend. Also shipping took over 2.5 weeks despite the website saying it would take 2-4 days.

important to me. Caramel is so yum when I want something sweet and the plain I have when I just want a black coffee. Was a diehard BYS fan but don’t want to start my morning with bleached/artificial sweeteners every morning. The delta blend is top tier as a pre workout too.

Great alternative – I was seeking an alternative to sugar-filled coffee sachets for my mid-morning coffee and really enjoyed the 2x espresso salted caramel. I drink it black but it is also great with a bit of frothed milk too. Shipping was quick too.

Feels like a coffee shop vibe – I work fifo and this gives me the engery I need to get though a 12 hour day , but the flavour I deserve . It's definitely everything they promise

Focus is really good – Focus was good and long lasting without a crash, however the taste was really bitter for me and I had to add some more sweetness but that made it taste fine.

Negative reviews removed from website – Unfortunately this isn’t a true cold brew receptacle as the inner container doesn’t drop down low enough in the water, or hold the correct amount of coffee, for the 850ml water capacity. coarsely ground coffee, meaning your cold brew is diluted to half - not good if you prefer it black, and watery even if you do prefer it with milk. If you prefer weak coffee, this might be fine for you. Using less water means the grounds aren’t submerged, for any 1:4 ratio. The jug also looks on the website like the lid full closes, meaning you can keep the coffee in it in the fridge, but it doesn’t - the lip to pour from stays wide open. Also, the customer service flat out sucks. I wouldn’t have purchased the 1kg combo deal if someone had responded on one of the five contact points I sent, most before ordering and one after ordering with the order number included in it. All I’d requested was one of each of the coffee varieties instead of 4x250g bags of the same coffee (super wasteful product packaging coming this way), and I received not one response. The websites states you can select a coffee variety if you’d like something different to the standard included variety but I was just shipped 4 bags of one variety. The coffee I received (Earthly) is average, on par with brands available in supermarkets so if you’re looking for that, it’s fine I guess but being stuck with 1kg of it isn’t ideal for me. The website also states shipping to be a lot shorter than what I experienced, not entirely AusPost fault either as it took over a week for the order to be fulfilled by the sender. In all, save your money and order the Kitchenaid cold brew machine from overseas - I gifted one of these before they were discontinued in Australia and they are the bees knees, the coffee ratio is correct for true cold brew like you’d buy from a coffee shop and the dispenser even has a tap on it to dispense directly from the fridge! I’d return this if I could for the 30 day return offer but since the company doesn’t respond to any contact even in relation to placing an order, they obviously wouldn’t respond to a refund request.

Perfection – Super easy and convenient from 2X Espresso they make having a coffee easy and enjoyable! I love the new Salted Caramel flavour!! Highly recommend
