Excellent fast service! – Enjoyed coffee beans for a long time. Ordered lovely red nespresso type coffee maker, make good coffee. However the milk frother - I cannot get it to warm up the milk. How does it work?

What can I say. Well, this is an Italian made machine with Italian looks. When it works, it makes fantastic and consistent coffee. But like everything Italian, it IS going to breakdown a lot. directly and get a 20 year warranty for the machine. I purchased through K Bean Coffee and it was just a middle person that offered no service. Pointless.

If you live in Melbourne, add the Coburg address to your favourites in the satnav - you'll be driving there lot to drop off your defective machine. Mine was defective out of the box with the grinder broken. It was nice that you're given a 1kg bag of beans....I used them all trying to get the thing to work. Never got to taste them. Called K-Bean, although Paul never picks up and encourages a text instead, that aside, it's the usual "wow, this has never happened before". I wonder why it's worth having a warranty for things, because when they go the seller says "wow, this has never happened before". I must be the most unlucky person in the world.

The staff at Coburg are efficient, but very rigid. Don't expect any service other than the absolute minimum. It's done with a smile though.

I love this machine, but IT WILL BREAK DOWN REGULARLY and you WILL be travelling to Coburg every few months. The carafe is the main issue - it's poorly made, doesn't 'clip' into the slow and the thin plastic breaks. I had the pleasure of buying a new for $200 and that one is now defective after 3 months.

anything needs repair/service I can take the machine to them and they will sort out. I ended up with the fully automatic and I am happy that I did - it was slightly dearer but for me it was worth it. Overall I am very excited and happy with this coffee machine. The price was great also. I had seen more expensive machines and I don't honestly believe paying more was going to be better on this occasion. I always opt for top of the range and I do believe I got that with this machine without spending unnecessary $$ and not getting any more benefits. It is a very easy machine to use. Would not hesitate in recommending Segafredo to purchase your next coffee machine. They are truly 10/10!!

to control every aspect of coffee making and the Gaggia meets all my hopes and expectations. I had read many reviews and am happy that I have just purchased a quality product with a decent lifespan. Its smallish size is perfect for restricted spaces, it heats quickly and is easy to use. The inclusions are basic but comprise the necessities (three filters, tamper, measuring scoop) to get you started. I am looking forward to relearning how to texture the milk. Gaggia's instructions are fairly easy to follow, and the simplicity of the machine means you don't have too many components (buttons, dials etc) to sort out before you can make your first coffee. I am so pleased to be able to purchase an authentic Italian machine with quality coffee-making components at such a good price and Segafredo Zanetti made that possible. I thoroughly recommend both the machine and the company (and their beans!).

Took my Gaggia coffee machine in for service and software update. The staff were most helpful and great to deal with - even made us a coffee while we waited for the update to be done - the coffee was delicious and we ended up buying some beans to take home. Have since ordered more. There was no charge for the update and my machine is working great.

I have been a customer of Segafredo Zanetti for over a decade and can attest to the fact that their coffee beans are always of the highest quality and consistent in flavour. My favourites: Massino and Extra Mild.

We recently tasted this coffee when in Brisbane on holidays; we loved it so much that we hunted down the supplier. Ordered online, fast delivery - what's not to love!

Never again ! – For 10 years we have had our coffee machine serviced at Segafredo, but never again. Told us that if our machine’s service was going to cost more than $300 they would let us know first. Picked it up today and cost $450. Could’ve bought a new one at that price.

Was good then. Not good now – Had great service on my Saeco coffee machine a little while back. Another problem surfaced after we got our machine back. Several phone calls were made with no result, it appears they don’t want to talk to me anymore. Not so great service

Terrible – My machine died. I took it to SZ and was told the turnaround time would be a week. After a week, they called to tell me they found the problem, but they needed to order some parts. previously, during the routine service of the machine, it took 4 weeks to get the required parts. You would expect that the company would keep an inventory or common parts – seals, washers, O-rings – for the machines they sell, but you would be wrong. Whatever is needed gets ordered from Eastern States and it usually takes at least a week to arrive. To add insult to injury, the parts are not ordered all at once but, one by one in weekly intervals. The way it is I may just order the parts and do it myself. It is not a Moon landing craft; a coffee machine is not a complicated device The communication is also appalling. They never call, even when they say they will; it’s always you who needs to call to get an update. Some of the staff is ok, but some are just plain rude; it all depends who you get on the phone. Why can’t they evaluate the problem straight away to find which parts will be needed? But the machine has to sit on a bench for a week only to find that parts will need to be ordered. Eventually, after 4 weeks I got the machine back and here it is – when making the coffee, I noticed the group lever was floppy. Obviously, it had been removed during the service and the bolt holding it was not tightened during reassembly. It’s no big deal for me to take a screwdriver and tighten it, but it should not be like that. I was surprised with how many 5-star ratings there are, mostly for sales mind you. If you find their performance good, that’s great for you. As for me? Will I buy from them again? – no. Will I go back to get the machine serviced? – no.

I used to like this brand and I'm a returning customer. I stopped using this brand for a while for the inconsistency of the roasting, hence flavour. This time round, I come to like this brand of coffee again and have enjoyed the current batch the way I used to enjoy.

I bought a new coffee machine but damaged it whilst unpacking. I took it back to Segafredo Zanetti in Sydney Road and the machine was repaired quickly and at no cost. Thank you Ryan and others at the shop; great service with a smile.

I tasted Segafredo for the first time at a cafe and thoroughly enjoyed the taste. After finding out the brand I ordered some online and are really happy with the taste. It is very smooth and does not leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The one I have is the Extra Strong in the orange packet.

I've experience nothing but great service and delicious coffee beans every time from Segafredo Zanetti. The delivery is prompt, they're looking out for their caffeine addicted clientele and preventing psychotic rages all over the country. 10/10

Staff were very helpful in finding me exactly what I wanted. Which I spent time in researching beforehand from other excellent reviews. Machine was sent from another state from which I live in but arrived in a very quick time frame. Have not used machine yet but im sure it will be perfect. Thanks.

Awesome coffee beans – Amazing coffee beans with a great selection of varieties. We live in regional WA and when I order our coffee beans or the sensational hot chocolate it arrives promptly. Great shop as well to visit for advise on your home or office coffee machine. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Cups for coffee snobs – I’m a fan of Segafredo coffe so decided they might know something about coffee cups too. I bought the cappucino cups (190ml). Easy ordering, quick delivery, very satisfactory product. Right size for my long black, and a bit thicker than usual to stabilise and hold the heat. Happy customer.

Great Service! – I’ve been purchasing from Segafredo for some years, and have always found their advice helpful and shipping extremely efficient in both WA and NSW. My recent purchase was to upgrade from an existing Gaggia Bessana that has been an extremely durable and high quality product. Certainly hope the Classic Evo will be no different. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue purchasing from any one of Segafreddo’s stores.
