I remember that the taste was horrible to start with, but surprisingly grew on you, I have considered many times going back on it, simply as the taste became somewhat addictive!! takes away bloating, gives you a reason to incorporate more water into the diet weight loss wasn't permanent, so excercise and diet changes are recommended if weight loss is you goal as opposed to detoxing

Excellent – I use this everytime I start a new "diet". Each time I have lost 5kg-ish in the 10 days that it takes to get through a bottle. things while she's around seem to count for very much there :-) & this does seem to be helping her with that "problem" so far.

A few weeks ago, my GP explained that my cholesterol had exploded (up at 8.5, I think, instead of below 5), which doesn't make much sense since I'm veggo & eat reasonably healthily anyway. By simply not eating some stuff (chocolate, cheese, full-fat anything etc) at all I've shed 7.5kg in 3 weeks, but that "doesn't make sense" aspect bugs me so I'm gunner try 4321 at her (stunningly honest) word & see if that can clean things up for me as it seems to be doing for her.

If 4321 doesn't help much, I'll have to find someone I really trust & try an, um, whipped-cream based physical program with her. (-: Simple, easy to use, costs weight also. Recommender doesn't like the nausea she gets from the appetite suppression, cost (yeah, but it _is_ cheaper than dying :-)

willing to work for. I read bad reviews and good reviews before I bought it, and the bad reviews out-weighed the good ones, but giving it a try really paid off! Give it a go! I love that it gives me so much energy. It makes you feel great and keeps you going all day. I can't stop smiling and being positive when I am on the 10 day program. And you know, about every 3 days when you get on the scales, that it really works so it give you even more incentive to keep going and stay positive. ever since doing the detox ive been slowly losing half a kilo a week, however- unlike when Ive done the shakes diet etc, I dont feel worried that ill put it back on, I feel more energetic, more alert and as though im on a road to healthier living. it doesnt taste great on its own, but mixed with cottees diet pine lime it was delicious.

must admit no exercise) and I was always thinnest when I used both in conjunction! I am going to go buy 2 bottles today because I want to get slimmer again for summer. The taste you will get used to, but no matter how long you have been drinking it, I still wouldn't consider it "nice", but the benefits far out way the slightly unpleasant taste. Oh and I also hide the drink as I sip it at my desk at work, coz its ugly and I get too many questions about what I am drinking, so a little tip buy a 1.5+ litre drink bottle that hides the murky color of the drink and you will get no "eww what is that you are drinking" comments :)

Like others have mentioned this is not some overnight weight loss drink, but you will lose weight if you drink this according to the instructions AND reduce your calorie intake, and I'm sure exercise will only progress your weight loss even quicker. Even though I said its a bit too expensive, $29.95 RRP isn't a whole lot when you compare it to other detox plans, weight loss pills etc, and its much more simple then some of the other detox plans out there...some have like a zillion pills, mixes etc that it would be impossible to follow for more then a day!

All I can say is that this has worked for me on numerous occasions even though I never had much weight to lose (3-5kg at most), so anybody with just a few kgs to lose and who are finding that diet and exercise alone still doesn't do the trick, this detox is a great booster (especially for people platueing) I also recommended it to a family member and she lost heaps of weigh on this (she was quite heavy too) so its not just me!

Anyways try it and see for yourself, it really is a small price to pay for all the benefits you get out of it. Increased Energy, Decreased Hunger. Taste and too expensive.

before you started. For those who are unsure, I was already on a healthy eating and exercise plan before I took this product but noticed the biggest difference since I started taking it. I think those who wrote the negative feedback are simply after an overnight wonder rather than having to put in any work themselves. The taste is like ice-tea and very pleasant. It's easy to use and there is a clearly indicated measuring cup that comes with it (those in other reviews who said there wasn't must have been using a different product!). I started seeing effects after one day of use - I noticed that my tongue is looking a lot healthier, my bowels are working better and I have more energy. I have not noticed any dramatic weight loss but it's not physically possible in a ten day period so anyone who buys this product as a 'miracle treatment' should just forget it as no product exists. This product is effectively an 'assistant' to a healthy eating plan and if you cut out coffee, alcohol and processed foods you will see a difference. It certainly speeds the 'turnaround' along somewhat. nothing, I recommend this to anyone.

clips from Today Tonight Ch 7 did not help either as the demonstrators in those clips went to the brim. It only lasted 7 days. I didn't lose any weight, not even water weight. It seemed like it did nothing for me.

Excellent – Will update daily until end of day ten. Am 66, aim 60. Walk daily and yoga twice a week. Tastes like iced tea and is what I tell people it is. So far so good. Day One - suppresses appetite.

Terrible – Absolute rubbish, followed the instructions to the letter & I exercise and eat really well and and lost no weight nor felt any better. The taste is unbearable, overpriced & produced zero results.

used this product, I found it to be a goood way to start a new diet. I liked the fact that it was convenient as well as not too intense. It was easy to use as well as measure out. You only need to use the measuring cup that is provided. I found the taste a little strong.

believe it works more on a long term basis. I always feel i have got loads of energy when i start drinking it - when it is 4 cups per day. I would believe that it detoxicates my body. The taste is not the best. But at the end of the 10 days period, you kind of get used to it. The other minor thing is that the color isn't great. I try to hide it when i dilute it in 1 litre plastic bottle.

to achieve lasting weight loss...it won't magically make you slimmer overnight. It will however support a healthy lifestyle and give you the extra energy that you need to stick with it! I have used this a few times over the last 18 months. Definitely have more energy during the 10 day program. Makes me drink at least one litre of water when I normally wouln't drink any. Usually lose some weight if I combine it with healthy eating (eg started again yesterday whilst on Lite N Easy and lost 1/2kg after the first day.) It's a little pricey if you want to use it regularly but definitely worth it.
