Supposedly the entire AO is on 9Now. Not true. Dimitrov/Borges match disappeared from streaming entirely yesterday to make way for news. Today the Bagdatis/Phillipousis match is in the program, click it and you go to a doubles match with Americans and Argentinians. Shambles. What are you doing Nine .... ??
You were on either 9 or gem. If you click across all 9 channels right you gome to AO courts. These don't have ads and show the whole match because I watched it. The only thing is the app crashes. It crashed 4 times that night and you have to go through the whole set up to get back to where you were. One night it happened twice on different matches on match point so I missed it. So be prepared for that to happen. Good luck viewing the AO.
I was on 9Now (net streaming) not FTA and choosing from a full game menu 9Now has ads, a lot of ads. The streaming is a bunch of crap. MANY scheduling issues. ..
Why are there sooooo many ads on 9now??? Ridiculous!!!
MAFS on catch up 4 Apr 2023 is 38 minutes shorter than original broadcast on 3 Apr night. Is the difference ad times or actual content?
I'm trying to watch gossip girl. I'm up to series 3 (out of 4 series), episode 13 won't play. Very frustrating. I emailed yesterday episode 10 wouldn't play. Didn't get a response, but could watch 2 episodes tonight then it starts happening again.
Why when daylight saving starts do Programs on 9Now revert to WA time. I live in FNQ and we don’t have all the channels available in Major regional cities (eg 9Life). No issues with 7+, 10Play, iView or SBS on demand. Just 9Now. And TV time settings are for QLD.
Why would i want to watch South Australia or western Australia news when I live in Queensland if you are trying to get a good review yòu need pick your game up not happy i need Queensland news
Why don’t you rotate the adds??? I just watched One show & had the same Ad played 7 times! It’s enough to not use the service…Seriously.
The are a number of improvements that app could use, but I’ll focus on my primary feedback & Issue. Why the same Ads????

It is unwatchable. And most of the commercials are about their own programs.

Try watching Love Island UK, it has the same exact commercials every 5 minutes, that is psychological torture. And there are twice as many ads breaks, because the ads pop up without the usually narrative "after the break..." Which doesn't give you time to run away.
OMG - I tried watching Love Island UK for the first time & it will be the last - way too many adds made it pretty unbearable.
Why does the new season of Resident Alien not play? Each time I click on the featured show banner, or the show in the listing it just loops back out to my apps page. I am getting ads thrown in my face constantly but I cannot watch it!!!
I have been getting the exact same problem with MAFS or any show that I try to watch on the app. It’s so frustrating. So much so that I gave up on 9now! I thought it may have been a glitch in the system but it happens every time even after re downloading the app… waste of time. Unfortunately I can’t help, it’s in the hands of the 9Now gods!
What has happened to Days of Our Lives catchup programs? Some of your viewers work and rely on catch up time.
