Gessi Just

Beautiful but poor quality – I absolutely love the look of Gessi tapware but my experience has been frustrating and expensive. I have 3 taps and had to replace the cartridge in all of them. Unfortunately, they all needed replaced after the 2 year parts warranty period. I now have to replace one for the 2nd time. 5 weeks out of the 2 year parts warranty and Gessi won't replace it. So another $320.00NZ plus freight plus the cost for the plumber to replace. I'm guessing I won't get change from $600.00. I am so disappointed with Gessi for not acting in good faith

Such A Disappointment – Agree totally with the review by A G, lovely looking tap, but the LED lights do not work for more than a couple of months. We have also had ours changed 4 times in the last 3 years and we still do not have a fully functioning tap! We could of saved ourselves an awful lot of money and time by buying a really nice looking tap with no lights, which is, in fact what we have ended up with.

10/10 – I have had this tap in my kitchen for 4 years I love it. It looks great and I have never had a problem with the lights. The lights are great for kids with the red showing how hot it is. Over all its fabulous and I would recommend it to anybody I love the design Price

Gessi Just – Fantastic looking tap, gets comments all the time when people see it. However the LED lights that change from Blue to Red dependant on the temperature of the water never work. This taps internal systems have been changed more than 4 times in 3 years and still doesn't work. You can't justify spending $2,500 on a tap that doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The company conducting the service calls in Brisbane are great. But the short of it is, this expensive tap doesn't work to the specs it claims. Brushed stainless version leaves no finger prints.
