I am tired and upset to remind you to call me back. I have never seen a person who hardly response to their clients and put her phone on Voice mail. [Name Removed] told me that she will call me next week. But today [Name Removed] call me and said in hard words what are my issues?. I was shocked to listen that language to a depression [patient. Then she told me that I don't have funds in my Acccount for Support Coordinator. Before that she said I will come next week. That was totally unaccetable to me. I think something is fishing going on in Ability Connect. In my link with NDIS I always had the excess amount. For last four months I dont have any SC then who used my money. I was also told by [Name Removed] that my last SC was Hamas, which is totally wrong or this person has been add into my Account unlawfullly. I had only one SC and her name was [Name Removed] and she was very good but I was never told when she left. I think there is serious Accounts controversy in your system. [Name Removed] also refused to come to my home because of lack of funds. I will lodge the comlaint with NDIS, ATO and other concerned departments to look into my NDIS Accounnt with Ability Connect. I am also Chartered Accountant myself, CPA and MBA and will request for an Audit. I also want to know who is Hamas which you have add into my Account. It is very serious matter and need throughly checkup through AUDITING OF Ability Connection. I also sent letter of NDIS in scan copies but was not given reply today. I think some problem is going on in your and you are not giving me service. Most of the time I ring to your office and the phone goes to your voice mail and hardly someone call back.

When I become client to you and until [Name Removed] left the job yourr service was very good but not any more. You people are so irresponsible that even didn't tell me that [Name Removed] is not with you and didn''t alloted me a new SC. Now after contacting you for Four months [Name Removed] told me that you were not ringing because of less funds. [Name Removed] didn't that she is dealing with ICA,CPA,MBA and former ATO Director.

Because of non availibility of SC after Jarvis and after that tried to connect you more than fifty my Mental Connection has been agrevated. This is all because of your negligence. One day I rang to your office and talk to a man and I explain him about my condition and told him that I can harm myself. He then ring me my Psychologist and told me about my suicidal thought. This is the service your SC are giving when that person is in suicidal condition. You did not give me SC and would be charging from NDIS. SHAME I will never forgive you. This is easy money for you.

I had already send you my complaint email on 23rd of May 2025. After that I officially lodged complaint with NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commision on 24th May 2025. This email is for you and officials of Ability Connect? I sort out my best to solve the issue by ourself. But your company didn't know the importance of Support Coordinator to a client who is a serious patient of Depression, Panic Attacks, Anxiety and thoughts of Suicidal thhoughts. You took it very lightly and just as a money earning business. There was no one to support me for Support Coordinator. I requested for Approximately two to three months and most of the time your phone was on voicemail. That detorate my health and increased my Anxiety. You people are not fit for this type of serious business where client;s life is in your hand.

Dont go to this company as this company doesn't work for service but only to earn money . They also claim money from your NDIS Account which they don't deserve this. I have already lodged the complaint.
