Bad shed, took 2 months to arrive and then started failing 1 month after it was set up. Worst thing is that company kept ignoring me, I wrote a review on their webpage and they took it down so their clients wouldn’t know about my experience Show details
There were 2 joiners missing along with a sheet but Chie was very helpful to have the parts replaced. Unfortunately some of the parts were not distinctly marked but the video was very helpful to aide the assembly. Very important to carefully handle… Read more · 1
the colour bond sheets to avoid scratches. Would help if the screws were more clearly identified in the instructions.
Follow-up · 1. I used a screw driver, rubber hammer (to lock the panels into the channels), drill (drill bit is supplied) and shifting spanner. 2. Yes, it is water proof. 3. Assembly took about 4 hours, there is a need to carefully study the videos and the written instructions. Also it takes some time to check that no parts were missing, crucial step, as I had 2 parts missing.
Very poor tooling with basically nothing lining up. Some of the hole where only half in the sheeting. Could not line up or use screws provided. Three sheets were not numbered to correspond with assembly directions. The bottom joiners where to short for the sheeting. Additional right angle aluminium was purchased for the corners because of the tooling. Show details

Needed a garden shed for my lovely wife - Found this shed online, took the plunge and ordered it. Took me a while to get it together and now it is all done, we are very happy with the result. Great price and therefore great value for the money spent. Show details · 1

There were a lot of parts to assemble. But got it done today in about 6-7 hours with a little help from my wife. You need 2 people when fixing the panels together and putting the roof up. Most of it did go smoothly. Some of the holes were not pre-drilled properly. To understand the assembly watch the video and read the manual. Show details · 1
Very happy with the ABSCO storage shed. Easy to install. Snap lock system worked effectively. Would recommend to others to purchase. Show reply
Love the Shed, still working on it so far so good ! Great Instructions, easy to follow Step by Step, all parts included, quick delivery. Highly recommend this type of shed, only problem get those little screws in the bin and use pop rivets . Show details · 1
Very good quality shed, perfect for small backyards. Very spacious inside. We did struggle to assemble it though so ensure plenty of time and patience. Show details · 1
We unpacked our shed and to our surprise the colour was a dark brown but on the front of the box it stated the colour was Monument and a swatch of a very dark grey / black shown in the front of the box, which is what we wanted There was painted scraped off the doors and other panels and other panels and many holes didn’t line up The Snaptite… Read more
method allows the sheets the slide back and forth in the channel which makes life more difficult as they move around during assembly, I suggest the assembly guide should say “insert screws at ends of sheet to secure sheet in place”. The lid also needs an overhang at the front and back to help stop the water driving in To our dismay the screws are starting to corrode so will probably replace those with pop rivets. Overall some good concepts but the detail has let it down

I just had one of my worst experience buying one of these sheds. I searched online for sheds, It was a toss up between Easy Sheds and an Absco shed from Bunnings as both of them had the style and colour I want at similar prices. Easy shed was possibly cheaper as they had free delivery. But Absco came with concrete anchors. Anyway I went with Absco… Read more
as Bunnings had a sale on, and I wanted to try their easy locking system. I purchased 2 of their sheds online through the Bunnings Website . Kingsgrove Bunnings was our closest store and had organised its delivery. (Note:These sheds were not bought in store as damaged box, customer returns or discontinued item, they were bought brand new online) There was some trouble with delivery and arrive a few days late, The boxes came undamaged and no signs of tampering, I was pushed for time as I needed to do it during my son’s university 1 week break. We had almost completed the installation when we started noticing wrong and missing parts, the lip angle we were given ,we only got 2 and needed 4 and the two that was supplied was the wrong size., and most of the door jam parts were also missing. We stopped work and itemised all the missing pieces, I googled the Absco Sheds website and found the easy fill form for the missing parts. Shortly after sending the form through, I was asked by their staff for further information of the pieces missing and If they can contact Bunnings Kingsgrove for confirmation of purchase, I agreed. Then I was shocked to see this quote from Bunnings sent to me, the 10 missing pieces will cost me $361. So stressed I immediately called Bunnings and they said , this quote was from Absco Sheds, I told them I purchased the shed online brand new. She said she will call Absco and sort it out. This is part of the reply I got from the Absco Customer Service Team Leader: “ I just got an approval to process a resupply for the parts as a one-time good will. Again, we do not resupply free of charge for discounted items, we are making an exception for this.” If I had known that, I wouldn’t have bought it, this costed me a lot of stress and time wasted. The parts came extremely quick 2days from Queensland to Sydney, but too late as I was left to finish the assembly on my own. Not sure how the other shed companies operate, to me it’s unfair, why should I pay if the mistake is during the picking and packing stage at the Absco factory. Do they not have a scale to weigh the package before shipment to see if any parts are missing? So anyhow my shed is up and it looks great.

A Nice shed but diabolical to assemble - we needed 4 people to assemble it and push/ hold pieces in place, lots of holes didn’t line up and needed to be redrilled, video instructions were annoying as we had to keep stopping while we worked through the process, we couldn’t see the shed details in the video (hopefully a paper print plan would have… Read more
better for this), and there were lots of scrape marks on the sheets of tin when unboxed by us but hopefully we can get matching paint to touch them up. Very noticeable on Monument (dark charcoal grey colour). It drove us all crazy and took 3 days (12 hours in total) to assemble it fully due to the mental effort of putting together (still without the ground bolts installed). We will never assemble one of these ourselves again - I’m more than happy to PAY SOMEONE to do this horrible task if we ever replace it!!

This is a joke product. None of the engineers designing the parts have any idea what a shed is. None of the people manufacturing the parts care about the fitment or quality either. End result, you'll rapidly put together all the panels, but the final fitment WONT WORK. None of the holes will line up, and it will be impossible to assemble. Pros: … Read more
Lots of screws. Way too many screws. App is ok. The parts checklist is very helpful. The instructions are not. Had to watch a video to proceed, but still hit some issues.
Cons:
Not enough holes. Seriously, how hard is it to ensure all the holes are stamped out correctly? The "snap-lock" system is bad. Lots of clips are mis-aligned, so wont "snap" in place. You need much better QA for something like this to work. Parts that should be identical (top and bottom of the back panel), are different for no good reason, which means you can accidentally install the back upside down. This has to cost more to manufacture?

If I could give zero i would. A vital part was missing, called customer service and told they didn't stock the part 15a and it had to be manufactured. Minimum wait time, 5 working days. I couldn't even go and buy the part. Never will I ever recommend your products. Im still waiting for the part. Show details

Brought the Absco Shed 2.26 x 1.52 x 2.08m Grey Economy Single Door Garden Shed from Bunnings. Vital Part to connect side panel was missing. Rang the support desk. Now waiting for over a week to have the part delivered. No physical manual so had to download It into my phone. Two of the panels were poorly finished. See picture. I don't recommend Absco sheds. Very good shed for the price. It was perfect for our limited space. The only painful issue is the connecting screw holes which were 90% misaligned. We’re pleased with the installation instructions on the app Show details · 1
Overall the garden shed is fine. It was a bit hard to erect with only 1 person however it’s together. It didn’t really line up and seemed uneven at the front but again got it sorted. Colour of choices were good. Didn’t get the one we originally asked for however didn’t know until it was put up and we got home. All in all the shed is good. No complaints Show details · 1
The 'Absco basic shed' is fine for the price - the instructions were good, the holes all lined up (once I'd followed the instructions properly ;-) The 'snaptight' mechanism is ingenious and worked well. I did make a mistake with the door jamb assembly where at final assembly things didn't quite line up, I carefully checked my work and discovered… Read more · 1
the error, reassembled it correctly and a-ok. Probably should have watched the video. If you think things aren't lining up properly, double-check your work. Docking one star as some of the punched holes were not fully punched, had to drill them out.
Negative reviews
I don’t even think they warrant one star. None of the holes line up you have to drill your own. Roof beam panel out of line. Panels bent up top The wall is 10ml out, had to trim it. I’m glad l brought the Premium, god knows what the Basic one is like. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying this brand shed, such poor quality. When you ring the… Read more
customer service you get onto an overseas call centre that take a message. They even admitted they don’t have quality control. Come on Absco you will have to pick up your act on the quality of your sheds.
We paid for the Absco Garden (Regent) shed from Bunnings (including installation) on 26th Oct '25. spreading out the parts of the Absco shed from the latest package, he found 5 parts were damaged. According to him, those were the exact same parts damaged in the last package. He told us that he will make a report about the damaged parts and send it to Install Easy. However, the end result is again, we are left high and dry, waiting for the shed to be installed. Please can you intervene and do something that we can finally have our shed. We are so so disappointed and frustrated with this entire experience!!
The holes for assembly don’t match. This product is very poor. To leave a review with the QR code doesn’t work nor the website to write a review… says a lot about their product! Show details

Extremely Disappointed with Absco Sheds Customer Service I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Absco Sheds has been frustrating enough to warrant one. I purchased one of their sheds recently, and the installation kit arrived with several spare parts missing—critical components that made it impossible to proceed with assembly. I contacted… Read more
their customer service immediately, expecting a prompt resolution. Instead, I was met with painfully slow responses and vague assurances. Days turned into weeks, and I was left with a half-assembled shed and no clear timeline for when the missing parts would arrive. To make matters worse, I tried to access their warranty information on the Absco website, only to find that the page wouldn’t load due to persistent website issues. For a company that prides itself on quality, this level of service is unacceptable. If you're considering Absco Sheds, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and a lack of transparency. I expected better.

Very difficult and confusing. Assembly was a night mare. Nothing lined up and it was very flimsy. No it is erected I find that there is a serious design flaw. There is an overhang on the front of the roof and it fits flush across the the back. I end up with. My only alternative now to make it waterproof I will have to put a sheet over the roof section to facilitate drainage. Very disappointing for the price and design flaws.??

A nightmare to put together! Holes don't align or aren't drilled! A mate and I erected this shed over 3 days and the result is very pleasing. It went together for the most part, very well according to the instructions. The Snaptite assembly system is very good and makes the assembly of the panels quick and easy. Channels fully, particularly near the edges of the sheets. This wasn't a problem though as an extra screw would secure the sheet and channel. later on. Re. the Pre-assembly of Spliced Channels: Page 8 of the instructions, we felt it would have been helpful to say in the "NOTE:" that screws are drilled later in the assembly, though I know this would be a repetition of part of an instruction on Page 7. We never did find out where the 3/16" countersunk screws and nuts were intended to be used or did I miss that in the Instructions? Maybe it was to fix the door hinges to the door jamb. It would have been stronger than the pop rivets but we have stayed with the pop rivets. Having the shed bolted down with the 14 Dynabolts makes for a very rigid solid construction. I am very pleased with the result to the extent that I am putting in a double power point and a light.
Bought a classic cream Absco bike shed from Bunnings. Was glad it was in stock because it was a 6 week wait if not in stock. Had a very bad installation experience though. the 6 week delay to get a replacement, and the need for an urgent shed, I had to cut it down myself. There were screws (countersunk) in the pack which were not in the instruction's packing list. There were screws in the instructions (FAST005) which were not in the packing list or in the pack, had to improvise there. The instructions lack important detail such as is the picture a view of the front or rear and which is top or bottom. Lots of wasted time turning panels around. Many of the predrilled holes did not line up and had to drill new ones. There are two predrilled holes in the front doors which serve no purpose and let in water if not blocked up. The finished product was out of square (not because I had to cut down a panel) and the lid lips do not fit well. All up a poor quality product, poor quality control in the factory (wrong sheet, missing screws, etc) with bad instructions. I would not recommend Absco sheds.

Had my shed for 9 years and the base of one 6m side started to rust. I contacted Absco for replacement panels and was told they do not custom make. Custom make? the hell am I supposed to get the part number from? Thanks for your help Absco. I then contacted Stratco and gave them a diagram of the profile and they got back to me with a drawn diagram of the profile they manufacture to give me an idea of what they supply and if it would work. This is the difference between a company that has customer care and one that doesn't. I know who I'll be dealing with next time I need a shed.
