Tedious, Frustrating, Time consuming
Space SaverI purchased this shed a month ago with the intentions to set it up within the few claimed hours that Absco mention. Its been a few weeks now, due to missing/wrong parts. x2 I have had to contact customer service to have parts from QLD mailed to me. This has placed a hold on the construction of my shed. It is a time consuming and tediious process to construct the shed, so you can imagine when you reach a step and the part(s) are missing.
Ill be honest, Absco Customer Service has been good, but due to the frustration, and amount of time this is taking to put together a shed, I am rating this 1 star. I wish I just contracted someone to erect a shed end to end. Such a waste of time.
The shed as of this review is in pieces all over my garage.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $650.
Nice little Shed
PremierI received my new shed as a birthday gift from the wife, the build was a little frustrating , even for a Qualified Chippy. Ran into a damaged roof part from the manufacture process, so had to call their customer service team. Tom helped even on a Saturday around lunch, he was prompt at resolving the issue and had the part reordered made and shipped. The shipping was held up but not due to Absco and the part finally arrived after 2 frustrating weeks. Great storage shed, assembly instructions could be alot better ,overall happy thanks to Tom.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse.
Excellent customer service
PremierThe shed is great for the price (599 USD at Tractor Supply) but unfortunately a piece was missing. This is a shout out to customer service rep Ron, who handled the case with great courtesy and professionalism.
Purchased in for $599.
We got there in the end.
Absco Garden ShedsHad 3 roof panels missing. It took 7 weeks to resolve the situation and then only by going directly to the NZ agent. Thanks, it is now complete.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $903.

Space SaverA great shed. Unfortunately a part (58C) was missing but TOM promptly organised it to be delivered.

Missing parts
WorkshopPurchased Absco shed under the impression probably missing parts as most reviews state missing parts had fingers crossed I wouldn’t have that problem but yes I’m missing items .
Trying to get items from Absco been an up hill battle with Absco was told take photos of numbers of production date / initials of who made it done this 2weeks later an email no we can’t send unless you send photos of the channels of who made it what a joke .
I wouldn’t recommend I use to build sheds for a living an have found other brands more reliable.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $2,500.

Not recommended Premier Absco 3 x 3 shed.
RegentAs per the alot of other reviews, holes do not line up. Not easy to out together.
Almost non of the holes were punched through, so you need to drill them out yourselves. Instructions are vague. Almost i possible to get the roof on. Not one of the holes on the roof are drilled in the correct spot.
So far Hubby and son spent 2 days putting together, and roof still not on.
Looks great, but not fit for use as per instruction that say easy to install, and pre drilled holes.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $799.

Absolutely junk
Chicken Coop A15081FKFDPurchased from Bunnings. When opened major parts missing. That’s when I should have taken it back. Waited 16 days for missing parts after being told 7-10 days. On assembly nothing lined up correctly and holes not complete.
Never again. A very second rate product.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse Retail Stores for $318.
Hi There,
We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product due to your experience with missing parts and holes not lining up correctly. Timeframes for missing parts can be up 7-10 busin
I watched the video of assembly. Luckily for the guy doing it, he appeared to have all the parts. Also, all the holes lined up for him and were drilled through. 7-10 days is a lot shorter than the 16 days it took.
Good after-sales support
EzislimThere were a few parts missing but Tom S from the Absco customer service team helped me via phone and email to send out the parts. I was worried when I found the parts missing but it's all good now! I'm giving 5 stars for the support, but I would say 3 or 4 for the product as the parts were missing in the first place.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse Retail Stores for $408.
Great price for an Australian made product
RegentWas missing a part 90A from my kit, rang the 1800 number, Tom took the call. Very friendly and helpful.
New parts on its way.
Hats off to Tom, awesome service

Bad quality control wrong parts
EzisliderPurchased a 30082ezk after getting it home it which came with the wrong channels. Spoke to Absco and need to email them with the parts I recieved & parts I needed 10 working day turn around. Then need photos of supplied items that were wrong. Have to jump through hoops to get a shed I should of had in the 1st place.

Space saver nightmare
Space Saver1st mistake, bought a absco
space saver shed.
2nd mistake, didn't take it back to get my money back.
Instructions are useless like the shed, what pre drilled holes there are , are out by a country mile. Some panels have no predrilled holes at all.An this is only the rear wall I'm contending with atm. Please God grant me mercy for when I start the sides, roof an front wall. I can just see it now even before I start the front wall , the doors are going to make me start abusing alcohol again. Absco sheds need to come with a jar of panadol

Finally we got there!
Bike ShedPurchased the bike shed from Bunnings, Australian made and reasonably priced. Started assembly using only the printed instructions, not a smart move. Fairly quickly ran into trouble when we discovered we were missing critical parts. A call to the help line and, ably assisted by Clark, we ultimately received the missing pieces. Stage two of construction was done step by step with the video running on an iPad, a much smarter way to go. Assembly is not for the faint hearted and should only be done with video assistance, even for the well experienced! Finally fully assembled and it looks the part. Bolted to the slab it gets good strength.
Painful to get there, but a real sense of achievement when complete.
Purchased in at Bunnings Warehouse for $369.

Questions & Answers
Hi, we have the 1.52 x 1.52 space saver. A few missing holes but no drama until we got to the top door jamb (part 90C) which is about 5mm too long. We checked off parts prior to assembly but didn't measure to the mm. Would rather not have to cut parts to fit. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Hi Denise,
Thank you for reaching out. We are very sorry that there is an issue with the 90C jamb in your kit. We have sent you a private message so we can get some further details and we can get the part replaced for you as soon as possible.

Thanks. Actually we have solved the problem with a pair of tin snips. Cheers
Can the bike shed be disassembled to be moved and then reassembled at new location? Thanks
I'd suggest partially disassembling it, into four sides and two roof subassemblies. But yes it should not be a problem.
Hi Grace,
Yes the shed can be disassembled into panels and reassembled at your new location. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our team admin@absco.com.au or 1800 029 701 for any assistance or questions you may have.

Why don’t Absco provide a list of parts found in each box, would be helpful when attempting to assemble. Model 30302GK
Hi John,
The QR code inside your box will take you to the link to download your instruction manual as a PDF, here you will find the parts checklist on the first pages. The manual is also available to download on the product page on our website. We recommend that you follow the parts checklist at the start of the manual and if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to reach out directly to our customer service team who are available 7-days a week.

The Absco Team
Thank you for your reply, my issue was which box to open, the parts list that I downloaded did not identify what was in which box. I opened box 1 thinking that was where the first parts to be constructed were, but no I had to open both boxes. Your parts list that I download and printed off still doesn’t detail what parts can be found in which box.
Hi John,
Apologies for the confusion. We do recommend that all components in each box be marked off the checklist prior to starting construction of the shed. We have passed your feedback onto the team as well.
