High quality product and company – Very happy with the product, installation job, concrete pour, and service from start to finish. There was a scheduling issue during the covid restriction period, which was frustrating for me but ultimately handled very well by the SteelChief and ShedCraft. Quality shed, but communication could have been better – Great quality shed, however two panels were damaged during transit (these things happen) which delayed installation by three weeks. What was a little frustrating was that I had to chase up Steel Chief admin on a few occasions (by phone and email) to find out what was going on in relation to the repair. Installation was relatively straightforward via their instructional video, however the written instructions that came with the shed were a bit confusing and hard to follow. All in all, I'm happy with the shed and would recommend SteelChief

Garden Shed – Good job. Kept informed throughout the process. Installer told me the concreteing wasn't the best & the would be back with silicone to fill the gaps. He said he would speak to his boss. Never heard whether it was done or not! A bit disappointing but otherwise very happy with the team l dealt with.
