OK – Although there is no bluetooth, the picture quality is great, the sound is great, and there are even good games (my favourite's solitaire). The battery life isn't that great, so I continuously keep it on the charger although I know that's not the best for the laptop. I would recommend this laptop if you don't need to use it on the go (battery will… Read more

run out). The processor is great especially compared to other models on the market. The price is very reasonable and certainly worth it for its awesome features. There is no bluebooth but as there hasn't been bluetooth around in computers for so long I don't mind.

Good – Very happy except for the battery life. Still it isn't anything that can't be fixed. Am in the process of buying a heavy duty battery. Everything have had it for years now and quite happy. When bought very low MA h Battery

Terrible – 5 star 'unknown' user review 24 May obviously an inside job. I now have a presario compaq. I would give less than one star if i could. It worked well for 13 months. When the battery went, the keyboard and mouse stopped working. It was much later when we realised when you remove the battery and go on to plug in power, the keyboard and mouse are ok.… Read more

My husband an I both bought same acer and both are crap. Acer service?...try being put on hold for an hour and a half! When the warranty runs out, say goodbye to the computer and make sure you make lots of back ups for important data.

Excellent – I found it was an all-round performer. It met all my needs in terms of work and entertainment. The fast speed wireless internet was as described. Very happy with the entire device. Would recommend it to anyone with the need for performance and reliability Very fast processor and it really made a difference in speed compared to other models I have… Read more

owned previously. There is a nice design you can look at and feel. I think the reliability is as described and never had any issues to date. Very happy with the price and the warranty, it can even be extended further for extra piece of mind. It plays most of the latest games with no issues at all. Very bright screen and picture clarity. Fast wireless internet. No bluetooth compatability

Terrible – Even a professional repairer after I experienced a virus problem was unable to restore all the system features because Acer simply did not make the necessary software available. Even the wireless stopped working! I was suppossed to get a rebate for $99 after purchase which was never paid. I gave up on attempting to follow these issues up because… Read more

customer service was so difficult to deal with. I experienced very long waits to be met with complete ineptitude and responses were not fourthcoming via phone or email. I wholeheartedly agree with other reviewers saying to avoid an Acer. I would never buy one of their products again after this. Slim attractive design and brilliant widescreen It doesn't last and repairs are a nightmare
