solid rigid the screen will move with keystrokes. Literally, the worst monitor I have purchased in 20 years plus, and I buy a fair amount as part of my business. Buy anything other than this monitor. Acer Australia says it's an entry-level monitor when you discuss it with them as if cheaper Acer monitors aren't expected to be stable or meet expectations. Based on this experience and the attitude or the corporate response I received I would suggest it may now as of 2021 be sensible to look at other brands, the standards are dropping at Acer.
