Extremely poor service – We have a monitored subscription with ADACS. For the past 3 weeks I’ve left countless messages with reception as our alarm systems battery is flat. Not once has anyone returned my call despite knowing we currently have no back up if power was to go out at our home. If you’re considering the monitored service, a story for you.. our alarm actually did go off whilst we were on holidays, an ADACS staff member did call us but in his words “well we can send someone out to have a look, but it’s going to cost you more money and he won’t jump your locked fence” so instead we called the police (free service!) who did jump our fence and help with our break in. There was no follow up from ADACS following this incident. We chose ADACS as their equipment looked nice and professional but couldn’t have imagined the troubles we’d have with their (lack of) service.

Unresponsive, inferior customer service – Intention was to support an Australian company for a self monitored home security system as the one I currently have is disfunctional (Swann).Initially contacted ADACS via online contact form, no response. Tried again 16.11.2020, not until 27.11.2020 did I receive an email from [name removed], Director. “Hi Kylie, hope your (spelling) well. We can certainly help with home security. Would you like us to contact you by phone to discuss? Thanks again. [name removed].” Phoned [name removed] same day for discussion regarding my requirements. Advised a quote would be emailed that afternoon. Still waiting. Have phoned several times including leaving a message on [name removed]’s mobile phone. It is now 08.12.2020. Why is it so hard to get a response? Really poor customer service.
