I would highly recommend this product! I drink a lot of tea and coffee that has stained my teeth over the years. The kit was really easy to use and came with good instructions plus there`s lots of useful info on the website too. I`ve used it for a week now and I`m pleased with the results so far. This is important to know as I was hesitant in buying this product, but took them at their word that a refund is available. Further, I thought that “4.9 star review based on 790 reviews” it is bound to be good.

I have since found out they DON’T publish many, if any, negative reviews on their site. For example, the last negative review was published more than 1 year ago. They also didn’t publish my 1 star review.

What this company does is respond really quickly via email, and then say you are not entitled to a refund, even though they guarantee a 30-day money back guarantee. It is really unethical and misleading to say you can get a refund when one is not provided.

They also say “We have complete confidence in providing the best teeth whitening products out there and if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That’s why we have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” This is not true and they will not give a refund.

They also delete/don’t publish any negative reviews on their site, so you don’t get the proper picture of what is happening.

In any case, I contacted the company via email (they don’t have a phone number) and they said I am not entitled to a refund. I tried to explain the money back policy to them and that their product didn’t work and they said, yes, it has worked.

Expensive. Doesn't work. Clearly doesnt accept bad (honest) reviews. Must pay websites to name them "the best" – So chumps like me buy them. It just didn't work and when I spoke to a sales rep about it they told me to wait 4 weeks to see results, so I asked for an extension on the money back guarantee and she said no it must be returned before 4 weeks or not at all.... I trusted this brand and bought an expensive “Enamel booster” thin pen and it did not help my tooth - as they claimed it would - at all. $ 41 is a high price for a very small half-of-a pen size tube with useless blue gel inside! When I asked them for refund as their website money back policies, they said to me that the refund is for the whitening kit and not for any other products; plus, this enamel booster is only for after using their whitening kit! Nowhere in the original page did they mention such a thing; otherwise, I wouldn’t have bought it. They asked me to send them pictures of my tooth after and before using the item! (Although they could see from my order that I used Enamel Booster; not whitening product) which was irrelevant and deterring; however, I did send with awkwardness.

They are fast & polite in responding but they tell you rules that are hardly discernible. Specially, that acceptance requirement for their terms and condition ONLY FOR LEAVING A REVIEW is beyond unprofessional. I am extremely unhappy that I wasted $ 41 for a blue gel. I bought an expensive USA-made mouth guard from other seller but because it was perfect & I am happy, I blessed the money; for this case, I am 100% sure that I don’t. because I find it extremely difficult to believe that 226 people all voted 100% 5 star reviews. Where are all the mediocre reviews or bad reviews? I can't be the only person this product did not work for. The before and after pictures on the website certainly don't come close to my before and after results.
