this a week ago and have received no response. This is just an overall disappointing experience as not only do I feel I bought a product that didn't work for me, but also feeling quite ignored as the company did not even reply to the email I sent to them, or even the follow up I sent on social media.

I would not recommend buying this product to anyone

The less than 3 star reviews on this site I can agree with. I saw no change in the whiteness of my teeth. On 2 occasions I felt sensitivity on one of the teeth on my back lower left jaw (a slight electrical feeling). I feel I got sucked into the before and after photos. I do not even drink red wine or tea or coffee to have those typical stains. Show details

Boost kit with additional tubes and it was straightforward to use. The mouthpiece was comfortable and it took 15 minutes or so to complete, with noticeable lightening/lifting of stains after the first try. Plus, the packaging is so cute! This product did not work like I thought. I did the 6 days and saw maybe a tiny change. I did every 2 days after that no real difference it was a shame. It’s being advertised on tv tonight again. whitening product whether it be toothpaste or whitening kits,etc...LEGALLY there can only be a certain amount of peroxide etc in any mass produced/available over the counter products which is why most people will see minimal to no result.From a company point of view they make money but know they're covered legally.A whitening kit provided from your dentist although more expensive will provide tangible results and is tailored to your own personal needs/limits.BUT here's the part few people know...ONLY a dentist can provide a PRESCRIPTION which is needed for the "good stuff" that actually works.I guess wasting $100 on this crap wasn't that hard to cop but I bet they bank on it...oh well at least we sold 'them' one.30 day money back guarantee?who would bother?besides by the time I ran out of pens 30 days was over....convenient wouldn't u say?

Awful – I bought a pen whitening kit for around $150. I used it for six days in a row as suggested and there was no difference whatsoever in the colour of my teeth. Complete waste of money. I'm going to give this company a bad review everywhere I can including telling everyone I know. Do not buy their products, you will regret it

An overall great experience – Couldn't recommend more! Easy to use and absolutely zero sensitivity. Have tried various versions before and they haven't given anywhere near the same result. Have repurchased for other family members also and they're very happy. Does what it says on the box! – Really happy with the change in the colour of my teeth after the suggested 6 days. I used the shade guide pre first treatment and was a number 8 and now down to a 4! Made no difference – The product was easy to use however it did not change the colour of my teeth despite following the instructions exactly. I tried it for two weeks in a row but all it did was make my teeth sensitive to cold drinks and food. My teeth are the same colour they started out as. Show details
