Th Gazebo is well built with steel frame and heavy-duty cover. Easy to erect c/w tie-down ropes and pegs, however heavier subject to the conditions the Gazebo is be used in. Thank you for a great price and deal with the walls. Show details · 1

very happy with both quality and price - easy to assemble !! Show reply
Can't put up without the canopy which is heavy, one person cannot erect it. If you're using it for a market and you're alone, you're in trouble. It's cheap and nasty, the push buttons are faulty. I do not recommend. Show details
DO NOT BUY!!!! The quality is extremely poor; a slight gust of wind has damaged and ripped the tent, leaving the entire frame bent. Show details

Weakest worst gazebo ever! – DO NOT BUY THEIR GAZEBO'S absolute rubbish. Would give a 0 star rating if I could. Cheaply made and weak material broke within 3mths just completely tore in 4 spots and ripped through the support frame. BEWARE OF FALSE WARRANTIES too. Definitely don't expect the warranty to mean anything trust me when I say they will find any loophole they can… Read more
to void your warranty. So unless you plan on using the gazebo only a couple of times they will void the warranty claiming it is a permanent fixture because you have used it too much. Just be very careful with what you think is a good deal - your better off ordering from somewhere else and get a good quality gazebo that is made to last.

NOT HAPPY JAN! Again! – Gazebo has had minimal use and has multiple tears in the roof material. Poor quality and not suitable for outdoor weather. PERFECT for undercover use like in a garage where the weather can’t get to it! Show details

first issue. Then the top of the gazebo started to tear along the corners again. Not enough reinforcement in the corners. Gazebo bag fell to pieces. Decided to warranty this one as I had done nothing to it apart from put it up once or twice a week then take down and store. Went online to do this. Followed the steps yet got to selecting the single product for warranty and it would let me select the product yet refused to add it. Kept saying "to proceed please pick a single item from the order" or something to that effect. So I go to chat for the first time. I am told that I must do it online or instore. The next day. Travel 300km round trip to store. I arrive at store. Look around and then ask about putting in a warranty claim. I am advised by the team member at Mackay that I can start it by uploading all the details online which are required to proceed with the warranty. So home I go. Next day. Try to process again maybe just a glitch?? No luck. So again I'm onto chat. By this time and many hours, travel and $$$ spent driving etc to try and get a refund, I'm getting beyond it. Online chat with warranty. I am told to load all the data online first "After" my notes clearly stated the online warranty didn't work and the photos I uploaded (under 10 mb) were not even saved or looked at. Yet here I am being told to use the online again. Failing that I was then asked to gather all the information and send in an email. I refused. To many hours and too much money wasted. Easily a loss for me of over $500 in just time and actual cost. So I added it up. Thanked the staff member for their lack of help and took my second $140 loss and swallowed really hard. Coming from an ex supporter of the business who has spent thousands of dollars with 4wd Super centre owned by the Vella's, who have shown their integrity. Culturally lacking any understanding of customer service or customer care. Years of support. Never again. Greed is not good. [Name Removed] your thoughts??? Mine zero business integrity. Process and support mechanisms built to run you around in circles. Greed.
