Top of the range AEG Hob "Dead on arrival" – I installed a new kitchen and I decided to buy all AEG appliances. Harvey Norman Noosaville recommended them. I bought top of the range hob IPE64571FB only to find the first time I went to use it, it did not work. Now a 3 week wait to have someone look at it, and then parts to be ordered for a new unused hob. Not satisfactory and AEG customer service has been non existent. Now one week on and still no word from AEG.
