Read the manual is a good first step. But wash them both out with water and thoroughly dry. A vacuum clean of the area towards the back of the filter doesn't hurt either.

I am having the same problem with my age washer dryer combo and paid $3000+ at Harvey Norman in 2017 .. I have persisted with the machine because I love the washer but the dryer is rubbish. As consumers has anyone requested a refund or been given a solution by the company Kathleen

Hi Kathleen If you're having trouble with the dryer, try these two things. 1. Wash the filters with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Il you should be able to see through them when complete, mine were pretty blocked up. 2. Try the vacuum hose to suck up lint at the rear of the machine. Let us know if this helps. It's worked for me!

where is the seriel number located

If you completely fill the machine, how long does it take to complete the wash plus drying cycle?

Does it have delay start, to get 10pm - 7am off peak rates?

Can it fit & properly wash a king size doona?

I have not washed a king doona yet but I think it would just fit

As for wash cycle I am unsure how long the cycle will take

I haven't had to use the drying cycle yet so can't tell you. My washing cycle is for an hour then I hang it on the clothesline. Have not washed a king doona yet, but I lately have washed a week's worth of winter clothes so doona should be ok. Don't know about the delay start as have not used it yet.
