Didn't last a year – At first we were delighted with the hedge cutter but sadly it hasn't lasted a year. The cutter will not rev up and the pull thread has come loose, getting to the thread is impossible because the holding bolt just spins and does not release. dont waste your money – the fuel tank must be full for it to work. and it only works 10 mins at a time. After 10 mins it stops and you have to wait until the engine is cooled down. It wasn't possible to get support from /Aldi or the maker Sparks Garden Line either. It is a frustrating exercise when you can only trim the hedges 10 mins at at ime! I wont be buying… Read more

any Aldi appliances again. The warranty and support for Aldi appliances are terrible too. a real throwaway this garden appliance!

Great product, very heavy after 10 minutes of handling – The hedge trimmer was a good find, I would recommend it for big burley men who have the upper arm strength to trim english box hedges for 2 hours, I'm a petite female.
