How do I set the clock,it won't do as described in the instruction? (Model 800590)

I bought this microwave about 2 years ago and absolutely in love with this product. However last night when i went to re heat food theres no heat being produced but power still operating.

I have followed the instructions, multiple times, to change the clock on my Ambiano microwave. However, within a minute the time reverts back to the time it was prior to changing it. Is there anyone who has had the same problem? If so, how did you rectify it so the microwave screen shows the correct time of day?

Hi Pat, To properly assist with your inquiry, please provide the model number of the unit. It is usually alpha-numeric (numbers and letters). It should be on the back or bottom of the unit. How to set the actual clock

To set it: • Press the CLOCK pad, then press the CANCEL pad. Use the number pads to enter the correct time. Press the CLOCK pad again to confirm the set time.
