Hi there I have Ambiano MW2388 800w Digital Microwave Oven and after visiting relatives I now have extra red buttons for ‘lock’ and red clock (maybe timer?) and when it’s running I have 1s and the power symbol with 3 wavy lines can it be reset to factory or what we had before they pressed all the buttons?! I have purchased the Stirling Microwave oven with grill and convection. I wanted to grill but there is no grill rack to allow the food to be high enough to cook under the element. I assumed the grill rack would be included. Do I have to purchase separately, or can i use something else?
