The tension on my crane xp-201 has reduced

I love the bike, but when I first brought it home the right peddle didn't screw in properly and they sent me a new one. The left peddle has now come off and it won't go back on, can I order a left peddle?

The tension is way to high and I have turned it all the way. How can I loosen it more. I only last a minute on it and I am a triathlete.

Ive been happy with my crane exercise bike but the magnetic resistance has failed. Any suggestions? I oiled the crank as it was stiff on one pedal and since then it has no resistance. Also how do you get in to the pedal area? Any suggestions appreciated.

My exercise bike came without the screw that holds the tension dial. Does anyone know what size it is. I can’t get any info from Aldi or the supplier. Thank you
