You get what you pay for – Paid $69.00 and overall does the job but very noisy, Gauge does,nt appear to be that accurate, Hose storage could be better and vibrates when operating
Purchased in for $69.
It's fantastic – Worked great and perfectly fine for spray painting and blowing up tyres and air beds and general use blowing leaves out air vents in car I don't have any complaints
Purchased in at ALDI for $69.99.
Mine caught fire – On first use, power in, this compressor sounded terrible and smoke belched from it, along with sparks and flame. I stopped using it and will return for a refund. Otherwise it would have been very handy, based on what was included.
Noisy air compressor but does the job – A compact air compressor. It is tightly packed when first purchased, but getting the air hose and power cord back into place is a bit troublesome. Instructions are OK but a bit hard to follow in some places. On board storage for extra bits and pieces. Although how to use some of them escapes me at the moment. Length of air hose and power cord should be adequate for most home purposes. The unit is readily easy to handle. Interestingly, it is recommended to operate the pump laying it on a flat surface due to motor vibration. It is noisy. If using it for long periods of time in a confined space, I'd recommend using hearing protection. Compressor is only good up to 8 Bar (100 P.S.I) and I use it for inflating my car and motorcycle tyres. But it has adaptors for inflating a variety of objects from balls to air beds. I haven't tried it on other objects yet, but I suspect that to inflate a larger item, that it may take a bit more time than I expect. It is relatively light weight and if I get a few years use out of it, then I will be happy considering what I paid for it. It comes with ALDI's three year guarantee, but I wonder if it would be worthwhile trying to use it if required.
