Hi We purchased a Thermo Cooke TC936 We are trying to use it as a blender We have fitted the lid about 1000 times but cannot get passed the Error Message E03 which the manual refers to as lid fitted incorrectly We purchased new 2 years ago and just cannot get it working. Your assistance on what we are doing wrong with the lid fitting would be so appreciated before we throw it out??

Hi there - I would just like to ask if you need to preheat the thermo mix before cooking? I have a recipe that says to cook some ingredients for 3 minutes at 100 degrees. If I set the temperature at 100 degrees, the 3 minutes is up before the machine has reached the stated temperature. Can't find this info anywhere in the manual or online so would appreciate the answer.

I love the product except for 1 thing. The measuring cup keeps cracking and deforming/melting. I have the basic model not the digital wifi one. I am up to cup no 4 and it’s cracked and melting too. Tempo who have supplied the 3 replacement cups advised that they won’t replace anymore cups and I have to buy them in future as the cup is breaking because of heat. Hello it’s a thermo cooker so the appliance including the cup will heat up. I am not going to buy replacement cups which will fail as they are not fit for purpose. I have family and friends with other thermo cookers and have not had to replace any cups. So all I want is a replacement cup that won’t fail. Will any other cup from another cooker work? Otherwise will look at a replacement product but not from Tempo.
