Bad – 10/10 Laptop 10/10 customer sales 0/10 after sales service unless you pay up. and at $250 a year if my laptop lasts 5 years thats another $1250. I paid just under $9000 for my laptop and expect a bit more. My advice dont but unless your able to either pay the warrenty ever year of can fix yourself. They dont even have a high rate phone line to pay for the tech guys time like other manufactures. would not buy again Excellent product, fast,well built, great customers service at sales point. easy to change after order was placed but before PC built. You can not get any technical service without a current warrenty. I had a 12 month warrenty plan, my laptop would not start up and was giving an error message. I phone tech services only to be told with a current warrenty they could not help. warrenty was approx $250 a year. so I took it to a local pc shop which they would not touch also because its a custom manufacturer. So I phone around but all said the same. I eventually sorted it myself no thanks to alienware. I wrote and complained but no follow up from them at all.
