After nine years of using various roofers and being disappointed most of the time, with problems left unfixed, only partly fixed or creating a new problem altogether (it’s honestly felt like dealing with pirates), I was determined to do things differently this time. When a recurring issue came back, I asked a lot of questions to find someone who… Read more

could give accurate, well-thought-out and timely answers.

Tyron was our first contact and he was exactly that. He answered every question, put us at ease and clearly explained how the issue would be fixed. He also sent through all their insurance paperwork without being asked and made sure we’d ticked every box when choosing a roofer, so we knew we weren’t going to get scammed. My husband always insists on three quotes, so I went back to Tyron with plenty of follow-up questions, and it was never a problem. Even after we took a while to get back to him, he came out again to revise the quote for some extra work we wanted.

On the day, Andrew and Tim arrived, and they were just as lovely and professional. Three great people from one company! They were the ones on the roof doing the hard work, and it showed. They took the time to listen to our problems, understood exactly what was needed and offered a fix straight away. Their knowledge of which products work best for each situation gave us real confidence that the job would be done properly this time. When I asked about some facade repairs, Andrew gave me an honest opinion on whether it was worth doing rather than just upselling. They worked efficiently and carefully, and took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they’d done. After years of having to take roofers at their word, that transparency meant a lot. Before leaving, they even used a leaf blower to make sure everything was clean and tidy. You could tell they take genuine pride in their work.

They genuinely put themselves in the customer’s shoes and work out the best solution with you. I’d 100% recommend Tyron, Andrew, Tim and the team to all our friends, family and anyone needing a roofer. They’ll be our first call for any future roofing issues!!

Matthew was very prompt and. Courteous really great guy, repairs went well, well priced very good work and very very happy, highly recommend 10/10,matt peake

Highly recommend these guys, professional, punctual and competitively priced. We've used them twice on separate homes.

New roof on my house in Ashbury, Sydney – I found Julian to be very thorough and fair in what he was doing, and was very helpful in coordinating other contractors as well eg carpenter and roof tiler. I felt secure in going with All Roofing Services, and would recommend them.

Great job – Thank you for your efficient and speedy service. I was informed as to what would happen, the cost and the date and time the work would be undertaken. It was great to deal with Mathew's professionalism and his attention to detail. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

excellent quality work – I found All Roofing Services Pty Ltd to be punctual, and reliable and the quality of their work was exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Well done crew.

THOROUGH AND TRANSPARENT – After receiving the initial quote and before the job could be carried out, I communicated with the office and other employees by email and phone on quite a few occasions. I had no trouble reaching staff by phone and emails were answered promptly. My concerns were always addressed and employees were friendly and honest. I am very happy with the… Read more

completed job and especially with the thorough clean up when finished. I highly recommend All Roofing Services.

Fantastic Service and Quality – I used All Roofing Services to replace part of my roof recently. Julian and his team were all extremely professional and friendly. The job was done fast and it looks amazing. We were so happy with the work that we asked Julian to do a whole new roof on our holiday house outside of Sydney. He was more than happy to meet us on site and do a full… Read more

consultation on what was needed and what our options were.

Due to the fact that we had a leak and there was rain forecast he had his team get the job done much faster than what was originally scheduled, and had to work around the weather to get it done for us within a few days.

Thank you so much to Julian and his team for your incredible customer service. We love the new roof, it looks great, and I am sure has already increased the value of the house (as well as stopping the leak!!!)

I am more than happy recommend All Roofing Services to anyone wanting good service, great value and friendly staff.

they do not care about your neighbours! – feel free to use these people but beware they are quite prepared to be inconsiderate of your neighbours (who you have live with way after they have done their job). they park in front of driveways instead of the house they are roofing and then call obscenities at the neighbours when the neighbour asks them to stop talking loudly before 7am outside their house whilst unloading. no social distancing either. no safety gear whilst on top of roofs.

Amazing to work with - thank you All Roofing Services – To the All Roofing Services team, I cannot express how happy I am with my roof conversion (concrete tile to Colorbond for a BIG house, including new guttering and downpipes). Julian (the owner) was meticulous in planning, quoting and executing my project. He met with me numerous times to cover off all angles of my roofing project and was… Read more

incredibly patient and clever in solving every last detail.

Pricing was competitive (not the cheapest, nor the most expensive) and Julian's knowledge and attention to detail was why I chose him over the other 4x quotes I received. Julian opts for a quality first approach in materials and execution (which I appreciate, given I am quite particular).

Julians team of full time roofers (led by Danny and Andrew who are both incredibly friendly and detail oriented) completed my project in around a week and the quality is superb. I enjoyed my morning chats with them, as they would brief me on what the day ahead would deliver.

Diane (Office Manager) was a pleasure to speak with; Diane was quick to get my job scheduled and always answered my email questions quickly.

If I could give you guys 10 stars I would. Thank you for your excellent work and I would be most happy to be a future reference for you.

I now feel like the guy in the Colorbond commercial, finding excuses to go outside and look at my new Colorbond roof every chance I get.

PS: We went with Ironstone Colorbond roof, gutters and downpipes. Looks amazing.

Always impressed – I have used All Roofing Services several times over the past few years. I have had roofs replaced and leaks fixed and have been extremely happy with all work done for me. The prices have always been reasonable. Julian knows his stuff, has always taken the time to explain everything that needs to be done, and will happily answer the multiple… Read more

questions I have. Diane and all the other staff have always been friendly, courteous and professional. My experiences with All Roofing Services are such that I now regard them as my "go to" company in this field.

DO NOT USE!! – After pestering me to come out for a quote there was no transparency on actual costs - just a list of things and a $$ amount. No follow up on emails - overall just a poor experience - DO NOT USE.

Great People to Deal With – Julian, Diane and staff at All Roofing Services are professional , efficient and friendly .They work towards producing a high quality finished product and customer satisfaction. They are knowledgeable and experienced their field of expertise, and I highly recommend All Roofing Services

Absurdly high quotation – Nearly 5 times the price of the other quote I received - mate if you don't want the job just tell me straight. Told a few porkies as well re scaffolding requirements and roof pitch. Very disappointed.

Not up to it – Advised after a month of waiting for a visit for a quote after being sent photos of the job - "we felt the job is beyond us". This for only the replacement of one valley??

Good work with attention to detail and a reasonable price – All Roofing Services replaced the old iron roofing on the back of our federation home in West Ryde and we are really happy with the job. They were the cheapest of the 3 quotes although cheap is not necessarily good. I was impressed with [Name removed] who came to quote. He is a down to earth honest guy. He said that the company prides… Read more ·  1

itself on customer satisfaction and workmanship. Often this sort of talk is cheap but I looked at the website testimonials and they seemed to be genuine. Even so, we were a little concerned about some of the bad experiences folks have had with some roofing companies and we just had to hope for the best.

The job was done to the standard I expected with the replacement of battens and the thicker guage Colorbond plus an extra bit of work to fill the gap inside the bathroom where the skylight had slightly shifted. They replaced the whirly bird with the same colour as the new roof. Tray flashings were installed for the skylight and whirley bird which went all the way back to the apron flashing. This is important to prevent leakage.

The end result was what I expected. All rubbish removed and work done done on time to the required standard.

I would recommend All Roofing Services.
