still leaking, the internal plaster damage has worsened, and despite multiple calls and text messages, there has been no response or follow-up.

I’m now having to go through my home insurance due to the lack of resolution and communication after payment was made for the repair.

Very disappointing experience and unfortunately would not recommend.

Needed some roof restoration, cleaning and re-paint and they great at doing it, quality service, friendly and they manage to explain everything about taking care our roof and they just recommended by a friend which is I'm thankful.

whom was prepping and restoring my roof but was told he worked under Dragon Roofing's licence so I couldn't check his records. Since last July (8 months ago) when my tile roof was completley restored and finished off with 2 top coats. The Pointing is cracking, paint is flaking and can see through to brown tiles in areas. After the roof was painted the Rep did a final inspection and told me it was a great job. A 50% discount was received initially for other issues but this roof restoration is still costing me money to this day.

waterproofing layer, and tied it properly into the flashing system. The crew also corrected the fall by adjusting the substrate so water drains toward the outlets instead of sitting flat. Everything looks properly sealed now, and I haven’t noticed any damp spots since.

without my permission. The work was done by unsupervised subcontractors who couldn’t communicate properly, showed no professionalism, and used old, faulty equipment. The paintwork was sloppy, with visible marks left on my window frames and roof beams. Tiles and edges were poorly painted. When I raised these issues and shared videos of the defects, management was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer service. For a company claiming over 30 years of experience, the quality and professionalism were shockingly poor. They seem to rely on cheap subcontractors with no quality control or accountability. — they do not deliver on their promises or value their customers.

another company. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Gary, who prepared our quote, the friendly office staff, Aidan and the rest of the TomKat guys were exceptional. They arrived at the agreed time and date promptly, and all the work was done in one full day. Aidan even came back two days later to add a downpipe elbow as requested. They were professional, carried out a very neat and tidy job. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and left it as they found it. We've had a storm today, and its great to see the area is finally nice and dry.
