the workmanship has exceeded our expectations. Daniel was excellent throughout the process. He clearly explained what was involved, what we could expect, and patiently answered all of our questions. His professionalism and communication gave us confidence from the very beginning. Ricky did an outstanding job restoring the roof. He was courteous, hardworking, and paid great attention to detail. He also made sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up once the job was completed, which we really appreciated. It's clear that Roof Makeover Specialists take pride in both their customer service and workmanship. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to restore their roof. Highly recommended.

and the final result is absolutely immaculate. A huge shoutout to Raj, who went completely above and beyond for us. He was incredibly helpful, polite, respectful, and friendly, while maintaining total professionalism throughout the entire process. The owner, Nathan, was also fantastic to deal with—highly professional, informative, and reassuring. It gave us massive peace of mind knowing that they are an accredited Dulux applicator/supplier for our area, and the quality of the finish shows exactly why. The attention to detail on the pointing was exceptional. All around, an amazing team that delivers top-tier work. I cannot recommend Nathan, Raj, and the True Value Roofing team highly enough!

and you're stooping so low by working for Upside Down and Mr Emergency and the rip off that they are. Be warned everyone. Google Mr Emergency Plumbing, Metropolitan Plumbing and Upside Down before you call them. I hope you've gone down along with Mr Emergency which is now in administration.

Our roof scheduled to be restored in time and the finished looked amazing. It's been a problem for moths because of the leaks on our ceiling and the team checked it and start working on it like a Pro always been a relief after the job is done.

questions, I'm met with impatience or annoyance from tradies. That was absolutely not the case with the team at Your Local Roofers. Every interaction was professional, courteous and respectful, and they took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered. From the very beginning, Michael was knowledgeable and transparent when providing the quote. Alex kept me informed throughout the process with regular updates, and Josh, Charbel and Konnall completed the work with exceptional care and attention to detail. What impressed me most was their commitment to doing the job properly. When they ran short on materials, they returned on another day to ensure the work was completed to the standard they expected rather than rushing or cutting corners. In several instances, they reassured me that certain additional work wasn't necessary, ultimately saving me money rather than trying to upsell services I didn't need. It's rare to find a team that combines professionalism, honesty, quality workmanship and genuine customer service so well. Thank you so much!

but after a couple of years started fading and eventually previous tile colour showed through now have patchwork effect and still peeling. To cut long ongoing story short, complained, had dragon out who blamed membrane manufacturer, they came out blamed process paint too thin. Now constantly contacting dragon who tell me we are on "warranty list" but nothing in writing to confirm this, now into second year of waiting and very hard to even get a response from them. Obviously find it hard to recommend, maybe one day
