don’t do emergency repairs., but Malik came right away . He took photos of the damage and took photos of the repairs. He cleared out the damaged parts and replaced them with other component. owner Steve, received a call from the purported project manager that due to her broken english was extremely difficult to understand. Lots of platitudes but no solutions. Only had job finally completed due to Sales Rep Craig, who rang around and found another outside contractor to complete the job in September. I would still be waiting otherwise. Only thing they were speedy at was sending invoice, giving me 1 day to pay before I started receiving overdue notices. 1 star is from Craig the Sales Rep, the company gets a big fat ZERO. Buyer BEWARE!

without my permission. The work was done by unsupervised subcontractors who couldn’t communicate properly, showed no professionalism, and used old, faulty equipment. The paintwork was sloppy, with visible marks left on my window frames and roof beams. Tiles and edges were poorly painted. When I raised these issues and shared videos of the defects, management was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer service. For a company claiming over 30 years of experience, the quality and professionalism were shockingly poor. They seem to rely on cheap subcontractors with no quality control or accountability. — they do not deliver on their promises or value their customers.

another company. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. Gary, who prepared our quote, the friendly office staff, Aidan and the rest of the TomKat guys were exceptional. They arrived at the agreed time and date promptly, and all the work was done in one full day. Aidan even came back two days later to add a downpipe elbow as requested. They were professional, carried out a very neat and tidy job. Before leaving, they cleaned everything up and left it as they found it. We've had a storm today, and its great to see the area is finally nice and dry. We are pleased with TomKat’s services, we’d like to use them again in the future if we need to, and we would recommend them to anyone in need of good roofing services.
