Cold Funeral service no post-arrangement communication – Provided a lack lustre service for us and very disappointed with their outdated hearse which doesn’t do justice or look the part like other modern day hearses. Also not a good look when you receive your bill in your letterbox the very next day which was incorrect, my advice to anyone else please check your invoice! These guys must think they have the town wrapped up but there are more surrounding providers from South Coast to Canberra who can offer a finer befitting service than Allen’s. Worthy of note they are not a member of the AFDA (Australian Funeral Directors Association) who promote professional standards.
