Looks nice, but does not work – I bought two of these radio alarm clocks for both sides of the bed. I was advised in the shop that when used while also charging a phone, the plug for the power must be a M8863A, which made me swallow, as it was a significant two times charger outlay. The alarm radio does not plug in a 220 Volt outlet, but must be put into a USB charger itself. So much for wireless charging. What now appears is that the radio alarm clock works fine, but you have to choose. If I want to charge my phone with it at night, as I should be able to do, the display falls away and I can no longer see the time and can not be woken up. It takes also ages to find the right position for the phone to lay on top for charging. All in all a big mistake to buy this expensive gear (and then even twice !), and I am charging my phone now at night on its regular Iphone cable again. Waste of money, had not expected this from Altronics.

Hi, Sorry to hear about the problems youve had with this product. The product does have a significant current requirement from the USB power supply you plug it into, hence why we are careful to recommend a model to suit. Many people might already have a suitable model at home to power it from, which is why it does not ship with the power supply. Anyway, we would be happy to offer you a refund for your purchase if you can return the items to us. Again, sorry it didn't meet your needs.
