address on the Amalfi website! When I finally got a response a month later, they kept requesting videos of the issue. I had plenty of photo evidence of the damage to my skin (which were already attached to my original email) and then I even showed them via video that the second head attachment doesn't even work.

I sent the device back to which I had to pay for postage to QLD. I didn't think they would give me the refund for the device as it seems like a scam business, but I did at least get the refund. I'm still out of pocket for the return shipping, and no compensation for the damage it caused my skin! Do not buy!!

DO NOT BUY – If you do and return it like I did. Persist with getting a refund! It was a long process but after 45 days of going backwards and forwards they finally refunded to my PayPal account. It may have helped I also lodged a claim with PayPal. Show details

think that because you’ve paid by PayPal you’re covered - I raised a claim but was told according to Amalfi that the item had been altered by me so they were refusing the claim!! Shocking as other than opening the damaged box and trying to shave on the day received it hasn’t been used or altered. Wish I’d read these reviews before buying

Highly recommend to stay clear of this company & its products – Would have given a zero if I could. emails to try and initiate a refund over 3weeks, would have called but no number to make the call 2. I paid for shipping back to them but under ACCC rules, the vendor should have this pre organised as should not be at a cost to the customer 3. With persistence, I got my refund back after 38days of the funds leaving my account, so keep at it!

Take note if you make a purchase 1. Make sure to test on your arm first as this is their refund policy due to hygiene 2. Under their 30day refund policy, they offer a full refund for any reason a customer is not satisfied. 3. Make sure you read policies in their T&C's

regarding the delivery status. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that the product was carelessly packed in loose bubble wrap and had suffered damage. The USB cable port was misaligned and the connector was also damaged, making it impossible for me to connect the cable. To seek a refund, I had to resort to involving the payment provider. Shockingly, Amalfi insisted that I bear the cost of returning the item. This is a clear violation of the ACCC return policy, which states that if an item is damaged, the seller is responsible for covering the return postage. Overall, this whole experience has been highly unsatisfactory from a customer perspective.

Peice of cheap rubbish – Goods arrived in a broken cheap box the goods where switched on. Total scam it's nothing like it says. It's a raser that vibrates it's not lazer it just has a light.
