Agree with the majority - shocker – Looks the part, has the name that is suppose to play the part, but seems to have forgotten all its lines.. Continuous issues from loose handles to mechanical problems. If there was an extended warranty which covers the lifespan of this refrigerator, it would have come in handy. An unexpected but getting use to "breaking down" experience. looks, brand name unreliable to the max

The best thing is: To sell it!!!! – breaks down every half a year: 2 control units replaced,Freezes,Bottles can fall and jam the internal beverage door. I have a moral problem if throw it away or to sell it. I have insurance...... simply: Do not buy this product

Terrible – Terrible nightmare we do not recommend it at all. They have serious problem. Parts are not always available. warranty. The mother board computer broke down 3 times within 18 months. As a result i was left without a fridge in the house for 1 week because whirpool did not have tha part in australia. Whirpool customer service is the worst i had ever to deal with. Finally it was decided that the fridfe is beyond repairing and they are going to repace it with a whirpool fridge. I wonder how do these fridges rate? I suppose iwe do not have any choice anymore. This is not what you expect when you pay nearly $6000.00 for a fridge.

Terrible – same as above - we go to bed and wake up at 2pm to ongoing beeps! I know we are not alone and the filipino call centre is no help either.ongoing problem that has not to date been resolved for more than 6 months - good luck trying to get a new fridge from whirlpool!!
