Great team - great communication - great job – Anesti and his team were professional and clear from first contact about our demolition through to final completion. Covid restrictions caused some disruptions to the schedule but they were proactive in communicating the impacts and were still able to finish the job by the required date. Beware of hidden costs – The actual demolition of the house was on schedule, but there were so many extra charges involved such as removal of asbestos ($6600), Tree protection ($410) and Fencing and Sediment control ($870). At the initial consultation I was told Fencing and sediment was part of the quote. Original quote was about $18,000 but at the end we paid over $25,000.

Follow through was fantastic – Being our first experience in dealing with demolition, the team at Anesti Demolition were very thorough and professional. They run through the whole process from start to finish and kept us informed along the way. Poor Demolition and Lack of consideration for anyone but themselves only worried about $$ – Failed to demolish property in accordance to NSW Health and Demolition policies and procedures must have thought he was demolishing in a non-residential area. , your house is old". When asked to clean up after his work stated "the work is not finished yet". Very rude, unprofessional and would not recommend his services to anyone demolishing or building in the area. Happy to provide further details and photos of his unprofessionalism and ignorance of neighbouring households and consideration of the wellbeing of pets, pregnant women and a newborn baby.

A company always on the customer's side - Fantastic Job! – I would like to thank the team at Anesti Excavation & Demolition for their prompt action clearing up my asbestos After being jerked around by another demolition company. The team, turned up when they said they would and nothing was to hard, Highly recommended and breath of fresh air dealing with the team from start to finish.

Advise to be aware of the provisional cost of Asbestos – The demolition work was carried out fine and on time but the blowout in asbestos costs was quite high with total costs 30% more then contract price. My suggestion is that the customers need to be made aware and properly advised that provisional costs on Asbestos can be significant as this leaves a bad impression.
