attended the meetings on time and competed the project very punctually. Muhammad is very approachable and happy to explain all the steps. At the beginning Sydney demo provided us the quote. After accepting their quote, we were given all the paper work, insurances, notification notice, work method statements and management plans for our private certifier. Followed by the demolition we were supplied by the clearance certificates. The full thing was very seamless and easy. Our builder was impressed with the clean job done by the demolition team. I explained to him that there were several buildings onsite and gave him the different years that the buildings were built and or renovated or added to, spanning from 1932 til now. Anthony gave me the rules and regulations in regards to the regulations and details of how and what needed to be inspected. I received a price from Suellen the same day, and subsequently booked it in. I met with Anthony at the appointed time the next week, and 4 days later after the appointment, we received a detailed report, (with photos of all possible places asbestos may be), and what we needed to do to make the site safe. Anthony is very knowledgeable and doesn’t miss anything. I only had a couple of minor queries which they answered immediately on the phone. This business makes it all so easy, and they are only to pleased to offer advice on anything related to the circumstances. The advice means we can be confident that we have everything in place as required. I wouldn’t bother having anyone else do this work, and would say, use them and you’ll be pleased you did. previous owner and I wanted to protect the house from termites. [Name Removed] appeared to make up the figures to charge on the spot. He did not go through what he would be charged to disposing of the material only that it is by weight. It ended up costing me just over $4000 for a ute load and to clean the gutters. His family then would not leave the site until we should show that we transferred the cash into his account. He left without doing the gutters and had to come back. I will not be using this company again.

of my emails were outright ignored. Then, when they finally issued a quote (which I approved the same day), they promised to get back to me the following week with a booking time. Now 2 weeks later and I've heard nothing more from them. I've wasted a whole month on these people and now have to start again with some other, less useless company.
Don't even bother. Submitted a request for a quote via their webform weeks ago and never got any response at all. Contacting them was a total waste of my time and effort.

your building because it has to be removed in order to remove the asbestos, but then deny that its part of the quote and they want to charge a ridiculously high extra price to reinstate. They also wasted a day of my time because they didnt allocate enough time to complete the work and had to reschedule. On top of that, they were not able to carry out the work on the rescheduled date. In the end I gave up and told them I will get someone else to do the job. I suggest you do likewise.
