Anolon Cookware Nouvelle Copper

Waste of money. Better wear from cheap pans – All pots and pans started discolouring within 6 months of use. The warranty does not cover wear and tear. Paid over $500 for a whole set and I have to throw the whole lot away. Non stick has completely come away with 12 months. Don't buy!! Show details

to avoid warping. Very even heat distribution and holds heat nicely. They have a really nice weight to them and feel very sturdy they also look really classy. Food actually tastes better as the steel doesn’t impart the metallic taste you can get from other pans. Would never go back to cooking with anything else! Cookware did not perform as expected – Owner for 18 months. The pans are very badly scratched, warped out of shape, lids don't fit anymore, and I literally can't clean them. I use as directed. I don't recommend buying them.  Show details

Didn't honour warranty – I had an Anolon Advanced cookware set for years and was quite happy with it. When we upgraded our kitchen this set was not compatible with induction but the Anolon Nouvelle is. for testing. The result was they would not honour the warranty as it had been in the dishwasher. The non stick properties were fine but they are claiming that the dishwasher had caused the base of the pan to split? What crap. Never buy an Anolon product as they wont honour warranty.

Warped after 18 months – The Chef's Pan that was gifted to me performed OK for the first 18 months, but warped one night after 18 months. The pan is now completely misshapen, and the lid no longer fits. Anolon refused to replace, accusing us of dropping the pan. Substandard product, and shocking customer service! Absolutely wonderful cookware! – I've always been led to believe Swiss Diamond was top of the range non stick cookware, and purchased 5 pieces. After purchasing the Analon Copper frypan to try it, I have changed my mind. The surface is fantastic, it doesn't mark or discolour, and non stick is exactly what it is. and sturdy, as opposed to rough like Swiss Diamond. The surface stays put and doesn't mark, I always use wooden or plastic utensils on non stick, but still, the Swiss Diamond marks. I have been using the Analon Copper for about 6 months now on a twice daily basis and it is as good as the day I bought it. I do not ever put it in the dishwasher...there is no need!! A joy to use and clean. Solid, cooks well, crisps the underside without sticking, cleans easily.

This is excellent – Having just recently bought myself a set I have found it to be ideal for my needs I also got knife block & knifes with this set the copper base makes it energy efficient as you can cook on a low heat. The non stick means you don't have to use oil or anything else for that matter & it makes for healthier cooking would recommened this set. It can be expencive but I got mine at a good price if you look around.
