overseas, I was determined to travel lighter by shedding the Canon camera with all the go good lenses and the ASUS laptop with the i7 processor and spiral digital drive which was very quick when it was virus free. The iPad simply whopped it. Faster, double the battery life and a tiny fraction of the weight. I find the camera to be a weak element but as long as there are no plans to blow the holiday pics onto giant canvases, then the quality is fine. The built in edit functions are more than adequate and all the usual photo/collage and photo book functions are easy to use. The downside of the iPad is really the keyboard. It is a mammoth fail. For old arthritic hands that could still touch-type on the laptop, the iPad keyboard just doesn’t cut it. Any attempts to touch-type will result in more time editing than it takes to type in the first place. I just need a keyboard that is 50% bigger and a little less touch sensitive.

Anyway, I know how Adam felt! I now have an iPhone and my other half has a pad and phone too.

delicate process is required to reuse it). It is very fast and fluid, I have never had a reason to complain about its speed. The cameras are average just like most tablets on the market. The storage capacity is unable to expand (like all other Apple iOS devices), so it is better to buy a larger capacity model even if it is more expensive.

Due to the thinness of this iPad and the aluminium body it can quite easily bend if pressure is applied to it in certain situations (such as in a backpack). If dropped on a corner the screen is likely to crack due to the thinness of the aluminium around the edge of the device. Outside of these scenarios the device feels very sturdy.

above the keyboard were th fully finished words and I found that I only needed to touch on the finished word and not finish typing out the full word. Having a chronic health issue that at times created jerking spasams I was continually wiping out the rewriting the same word often several times but now this great addition to my new iPad is a wonder for me a great relief. The hold set up of graficsand sounds,shapes bold or not so bolder the writing chosen. The built in viral protector and just recently the added application from the APP Store of the Adobe Flash for Apple implementation. Sometimes the would like to simply sit back and watch the world go by but not without my iPad.

Great product – The Apple iPad with wifi and cellular is so great as you can use it out of the house using your phone plan which makes it so easy. Highly recommend the iPad Air 2! – I absolutely love my iPad Air 2, it's great for watching movies, playing games and browsing the internet. I really enjoy the iOS on the iPad and I believe it has a lot to offer. The only problem I don't like about the iPad Air 2 is that the speaker isn't quiet loud enough and sound vibrates through the entire iPad which you can feel even with a case on, it is worse without a case, other then that it's great.  Show details

Great for gaming – I use my ipad for gaming and reading, both of which the device excelled at. It has been 4 years and it is still going strong. The only downside is that IOS updates can slow down the device, I recommend sticking to the lowest usable IOS version to increase the longevity of the device. The battery life is amazing, it can last 1-2 weeks without charging if not used and several days with heavy use.  Show details

Great for basic things – I do enjoy owning an Ipad, for watching movies and going online, however since i purchased this i also purchased a laptop, as i realized this doesn't have a disc or USB port, doesn't come with Word and overall not as east to use as a laptop. I pad air 2 pro Bluetooth capabilities – Their are millions of couples/ husband, wife , brother sister , buddy's etc. that would love to watch a movie together and listen to two sets of blue tooth audio at the same time to watch a movie or show or whatever. But this is not permitted. You can connect to two Bluetooth devices but not at the same time, audio anyway. Could be better – For the price I don't think this product is worth it. You can buy a laptop with much more storage and the same features and it will last longer. Ipad Air 2 is still the tablet people should be purchasing – I really had wished you could use the apple pencil or keyboard with this tablet. Because those are literally the two main reasons i needed it for but despite this it is an excellent made product with attention to detail and fast software. Love it! – Love this ipad, I honestly can't remember what I used to do without it, makes it so much easier to look up things rather than turning on my computer or looking at my small phone screen.... Love it – I absolutley love my ipad so compact and light my son who has a condition called essential tremors finds it very easy to use. Good tablet – Good tablet, ive had mine for about a year now. Pretty easy to use great size and nice and light. Great for the kids too great apps for children and is easy for them to use too. to phone is a piece of cake too. Much prefer Apple apps to android which seem to need updating much more often.

Even though a lot can be stored in the cloud, don’t scrimp on memory in the device.

Highly recommended.

Great but not the greatest – I’m using this tablet for years and I like it a lot, just this cloud base intimidation from apple that I run out of space and it would be good to pay for more space annoys me a lot. Great and handy tool – I have it now for 6 years and has not failed once. It worked all the time domestic and overseas. using it also as a camera for work purpose and in conjunction with a digital WIFI camera. always worked. battery life is adequate for my purpose. sturdy and simple. Just as you would expect – Good iPad but they don't last. The first year they are good then they slow down so much and the battery just dies, Probably a scam so you keep buying them. Can't fault it! – We purchased this ipad at Christmas to be used as a 'family' device although it's mostly used by our daughter. I'm not very tech savvy but I've found it easy to use. Excellent product, A1 – Bought two of these for our sons who are very technically minded and they have suited all of their needs. screen cracking. Good covers for this dont come cheap. Overall, a quick and stylish tablet and being apple, its kinda foolproof to use too! :)

When we finally got to a store to get a new one as they told us....the shop wouldn't honor it cause I didn't buy it there...fiercely 2 months of mucking around to get a replacement as it couldn't be fixed( heard of 2 other people this fault had occurred).... I finally went to Apple Store and they gave me a replacement asap....and saved my photos that were in I cloud.Bad customer service Telstra.

best product for my kids – Very good design and i have it for my kids. Very happy with this product. It does not hang like other android tablets. Battery life is good but always wish for more. Design of ipad is good and support from Apple is good too. Will recommend this to anyone. You get what you pay for! – You can never go wrong with Apple IPads! Ours is used for work and kids. Purchased a heavy duty case so when it gets dropped it doesn't get damaged, highly recommend.
