iPad is slow and roblox don't work – this ipad is used by my uncle is is slow but he does use it for discord, calls and texting. And he watches YouTube on it sometimes. mainly, the only thing that doesn't work/is the problem is that the tempruture warning comes up... Even when it's not hot btw, surprisingly, the ipad is craked to h*ll but still works!!!
it does the job – good for basic youtube and facebook bought it for old person very good and large screen, software was a bit tricky to update in the beginning however it is good get a bit hot when use too much straightforward software same as IOS Show details
A little slow now – got this as a gift and to be perfectly honest I believe that I was cheaped out on. But it Performs well for word processing and media content so could be a worse present. the only bad thing about it is that it isn't regularly updated which is unfortunate considering it's a perfectly capable device. Still good after 4 years – When I bought this iPad in December 2013 it was a wonderful peice of tech, while it has slowed down consideraby over the years it still does eveything i need it to do, I have no problems with watching HD and 4K YouTube videos, playing games and shooting video, built very well as is with most Apple products, however also like all Apple products, it was quite expensive when it was the newest iPad on the market. As simple as Apple – Received this iPad as a gift and have been pleasantly surprised at how quick it runs and the software updates that continue to be offered. Running iOS makes it as simple to use as any other Apple device despite this being our only Apple product. Will plan on taking this on plane trips for viewing pleasure. Show details
Really like it but not enough storage – I like the thin design and the system works well. I have been using it for almost 4 years and it still doesn't have any problem. The only thing is the storage with 16G is not big enough so I would recommend to get one with large storage. The size of the screen is just right. Show details
good – i've had since release and still works fine one problem is the home button has cracked but not too much of a hassle i've dropped it from small heights a few times and hasnt cracked so thats great good for games, not sure about education speaker is decent for a tablet Show details
Love mine – Love my IPad Air. So light to carry. Got the silver colour with the black inside frame. Would’ve liked the rose or gold but didn’t want to wait a week for the colours to come into the store, also I put a non- slip jelly case onto it so you can’t even see the silver colour anyway. Great for education – This iPad is totally usable in 2017 and works fantastic fir school work, although it does not have Touch ID Typing in a passcode is fine. The worst part about it is actually probably the lack of multitasking as this is a great feature of modern tablets. I bought this iPad used for $300 and it has been great for my high school work. good value for money – A very nice built durable tablet. very fast and great camera. solid battery life and excellent screen. its slim and lightweight. however there is no touch idea and storage can not be expanded. price is high but you get value for money. overall a great product and would recommend it Show details
Reliable but don't try to upgrade it – PROS: does the job as a portable Netflix viewer, great when you need some white noise in the kitchen and don't have a TV in there. Great for watching Netflix in bed as well. CONS: charges very slowly, don't even try to upgrade the software past a certain point, it will just die on you! Show details
A good tablet although expensive! – This is a great quality tablet however it costs alot, much more than other similar android options. However, it has great build quality and nice features like a great screen and fingerprint scanner. I mainly use it to read books and magazines as it has a gorgeous display but also works great for watching videos and browsing web. Show details
Excellent Quality and Value For Money – I bought this to assist me and essentially replace my laptop for around 2 years. It worked exceptionally well, with no software issues or anything as such. The build quality was superb, I dropped it around 3 times from above waist height onto straight concrete, and all that happened was the back was scuffed up a bit. It still worked amazingly. was very pleased with this as I thought I had wasted $500 when I dropped it, but it still worked like new. It was well worth it and provided me an opportunity to work on it, and to enjoy other services it offers like apps and watching videos. Would highly recommend.

Good value for money – Although now replaced by new models, it doesn't mean the original iPad Air isn't worth considering if you're after a tablet, especially since the price has dropped now. PROS: Very light, robust and premium design, excellent screen, solid battery life, consummate all-rounder CONS: Storage comes at a premium, no Touch ID Show details
Keeps going and going – After the horrible death of my iPad mini, and after a suitable mourning period (a day) I opted for this model and I haven't been sorry. Dropped countless klutzy times, the screen is still intact and it's not futzed or glitched once. While it was an expensive purchase, it has been well worth it, given we are only a month away from our three year anniversary. Show details
Ok I suppose – Like any Apple product - it controls your access to their devices. Compulsory credit card details are a pain during setup and this provides me with some concern for my financial security. Had to buy since child's school demanded it for some reason. Probably due to school tie in with Apple product. I guess if I were an Apple fanboi, I would rate… Read more
all their product as excellent. I am a Windows and Android user from many years and I have little idea where my files are on this device. It is always full, as is Apple Cloud for some bizzare reason - if I could locate files properly I could fix the issue properly.
Cheap glass screen broke in first week from one drop on the floor – This has to be the weakest glass used. I have had an Android IPad for five years and didn't have any cracks on the screen until the last six months it's so strong. The Apple IPad should come with a protector included cause it needs it. What a waste of $670 to have it wrecked so quickly. I don't have any young kids playing with it either, like I… Read more
did with the Android. This does not meet the standards under the Australian Consumer Law. I've had a Apple laptop for five years with no problem. But an IPad should be more durable as its handling environment is obviously different having being held all the time. I am going to take this matter all the way as its pathetic.
Simpy one of the best apple products ever – I generally don't like apple products, because after a year or so, they tend to get out of date, as it slows down in terms of speed, and wouldn't be able to run latest apps very well. IPad Air on the other hand, was released quiet cheap comparing to iphones/ ipads. After one and a half years of use, I can happily say it runs so smoothly and can… Read more
run every single apple store apps.
The camera has pretty good megapixels, and the quality of videos display outstanding. Same goes to its audio speakers, they can be play musics pretty loud with bass boost. It doesn't weigh too much as it is very slim. It is also designed very well, with all buttons being very easy to approach.
Overall, I highly recommend it to everyone :)
Best tablet I used – After my Samsung tab 3 gave up the ghost I decidced to go with an iPad. Saw the iPad Air on special online. By far the best tablet I have ever used. This is first Apple product I have ever own and I am very impressed. Would never go back to using android tablets again. iPad is simply the best.
Perfect product – We bought Apple iPad Air about month ago. It's perfect product. We have a laptop and a android tablet too. But this product is batter than both.usage of iPad Air is much easier then our tablet and laptop. from now onwards we will buy apple products only... We are recomanding this product to all of aur family and friends..
Best tablet on the market! – As a personal opinion, I believe that Apple products are overpriced. Additionally, quite a large amount of space on Apple products is taken up my pre-installed software. This is what justifies my 4-star rating. However, the iPad Air is great for the little tablet that it is. It's lighter and thinner than the iPad which makes it incredibly… Read more
convenient to carry around for day to day use. I mainly use mine for university work and for watching videos on the way to work, that of which it serves its purpose very well. The app store provides more than enough to do in terms of leisure and even offers Microsoft Word and Powerpoint capabilities for work use too. The camera on either side is quite good for FaceTime and Skype - considering a tablet shouldn't have its primary use as a camera, you shouldn't expect anything too incredible. Like most Apple products, the iPad Air is incredibly easy to use, allowing even the technologically impaired (like my parents) to enjoy the product.
All in all, the iPad Air is a great product and I would recommend it to anybody looking for a light, convenient tablet to use around their home and on the go.
The cameras suck – The picture quality of the cameras for this gadget that costs so much sucks..terrible terrible quality. And slow. It's overpriced. And to get it unlocked it's another story. Sometimes you want to take pictures but seeing the quality you would need to purchase a digital camera or use your phone. It doesn't even have a flash. Also the storage is not… Read more
enough. Although I love apple products but I find they need to improve their iPads. That's my opinion.

So convenient – Can use this whilst outside, washing the dishes or feeding my baby. Awesome product. Very lightweight and user friendly. I love my iPad and couldn't live without it now! Also great that my hubby and I can message each other for free through the iMessage app (he has an iPhone too), but I wish this feature was available for messaging people who don't have an iPhone.
Great product – Just as good or better than the iPhone. Had difficulties setting up text messaging but I think that was operator error :) Touch screen is awesome, sound is surprisingly good, unit is lite weight ad holds a charge for a long time. Longer than the phone it seems . Highly recommended. Must have.
Perfect Tablet at great price!! – I got the iPad Air on sale at BIG W quite cheap and I haven't had a problem, super fast, no lag, excellent screen and running IOS 9 works perfectly the design is good with the new lightning connector and the battery life is fantastic. My advice get the iPad Air instead of the iPad Air 2 it is cheaper and does everything the same, just $200 dollars… Read more
cheaper than the Air 2, would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an all round great tablet for work school and play!
Too heavy – The design is too heavy. Not as good as the iPad Mini. This is why Apple not updated the Air series in 2015. I think holding this size in my hands for gaming or watching movies are not comfortable. If I want to edit documents or photos on it, it is too small. The future will be about the iPad Mini or the iPad Pro.
Sucks – Purchased a brand new ipad. From day 1 it crashed multiple times a day. Got a replacement one. It slowly deteriorated from having a non-responsive screen to crashing, and now it can't even turn on. Will try and get a refund, and purchase an Android tablet instead.
mum's borrowed it again – i've purchased the white 32 giga byte wi fi version, like the apple leather case, they grow on you, originally purchased it, to type up my french duolingo notes, as i did the lessons on my macbook pro laptop, and i could type the notes at the same time as i was doing the lessons, the photos are very good on iphoto, and all the photos come up… Read more
very quickly and clearly, we use the shared photo albums, so i can view most of my extended families photos, especially if they have an apple computer or an ipad,
the photos come up quicker than hey do on my laptop,
the courier mail ipad app, saves me a little, and i read a couple of magazines on the ipad,
if i had my time again i think i would pay the extra $100 and have a 64 giga byte ipad, so i would have plenty of room, for my albums etc,
we use lumosity, a brain stimulation type of app, and the family use the ipad, for photos, brain stimulation, reading the courier mail etc,
i use the pages and numbers programs for my gardening business, and find i can chart my monthly records on my laptop, and transfer the totals to the annual chart on my ipad, and vice versa, as i have the numbers and pages apps on both the computers, they all sync, and i can even use the iphone, for sending out a pages invoice,
quite wonderful really quick to start up, apps, quite useful, grows on you, family like and use, good pictures, sync with other apple products wish i had purchased the 64 giga byte version, so i would have plenty of room for albums etc
