I'm wanting to know is my iPad an iPad Air 1 or 2 or ?? And what generation is it? I want to purchase a cover and appreciate any advice thank you

I think you would easily find out by typing in ME987X/A in safari, the answer is apple ipad air, 128 GB Cellular, colour space grey, i have an apple air with an apple air blue leather cover, you can buy these from any apple store, myers centre etc

I've seen them reduced on special at Big W for $60, perhaps suited in another colour, or there are plenty of other covers

you can tell by going to Settings > General > About and look and find where it says ipad air 1st gen or 2nd gen

gen= generation
